Oh my God, now i know how can the triangle so pointed and line up. From straight strips sewing. You just don't know that how happy i am to know about this pattern. You have make my quilting day, pretty lady. Thanks so much!
You crack me up, too! I love you! You always have great patterns and wonderful fabric choices that make everything come alive. I like that you show us how quilting is doable on our home machines.
You truly have a great personality. You are naturally funny and entertaining. Your instructions are on point. I HATE watching videos and the person is trying so hard to be cute and funny and they're not. I look forward to more of your videos AND I'm going to try this pattern for myself.
Angela, you are so much fun to watch and motivating at the same time. I'm going to make a small lap quilt for my family's Christmas exchange, whoever gets it will be surprised!
Love the diagram showing your quilting path as it's happening! Kind of like the path on the TV screen on an airplane. I want to make this quilt just so I can quilt like you, Angela! Very inspirational show.
I love watching your shows...Wednesday can't get here fast enough!!! I finally started FMQ, I quilted a lap quilt and now I am working on my first big quilt. When I make a mistake I think of what you say and just work on...practice, practice, practice!!! I'm pretty happy with how I'm doing and I owe it all to you! You are such an inspiration!!!
I always enjoy your Midnight Quilt Show episodes! Thanks for the quilting diagrams; it really helps to have those posted in the corner while you are quilting.
I did it, and it was a blast!! The hardest part was picking the jelly roll I wanted to use in the quilt!!!😊Thank you and please keep making the Midnight Show! I love it!!
I just ordered my first jelly roll and background fabric from Craftsy... the boundless fabrics. WOW they are great. I am stuck home in a blizzard today, so I'm having so much fun making this quilt, and watching you. Thank you Angela...
I thought I'd also add that your quilting philosophy, classes on Craftsy, and videos have been awesome for me, a fairly new quilter. You make the process fun and do-able!! Thank you for your time and smiles! So glad I found the Midnight Quilt Show!
This is one of the best episodes of The Midnight Quilt Show! Simple pieced quilt with LOTS of great instruction for the free motion and straight line quilting. I feel like almost anyone could make this. Thanks Angela & Craftsy!!
You crack me up! :) This looks like an easy quilt to put together with a great effect!, I do love how you include all the quilting patterns to help those who struggle with what to quilt on their quilts. Thanks so much Angela look forward to the next episode. :)
I just began watching the Midnight Quilt Show, and I really enjoy it! In fact, I am going back to watch episodes I previously missed and subscribed so I do not miss future ones. I cannot wait for your new episodes to begin!
What a cute and quick quilt! I used to dread the actual quilting. Thanks to your books and your tutorials, I look forward to free-motion quilting, now. Thank you!!
I just subscribed...yay...even watching without sound (hubby was listening to a TH-cam sermon). I can only imagine what you said but I'm thinking you're a hoot! Love that! I've always been nervous about doing the quilting. Now....maybe I can quilt my four tops I have finished! Thank you for your tips and instruction....like I said...even with no volume! Ha!!!
Oh. My. God. I LOVE YOU! As soon as a saw snacks and wine, I knew I had to subscribe! Late night sewing is my jam, because no kids running around means mama makes straight stitches 😂 Thanks for giving me motivation to work on my first quilt!
Oh my goodness. I just found you and I am in love. I am a very new quilter and tried to free motion quilt on small samples and I can not get the tension right. My stitches do not look neat. You are my idol!! I will keep trying. You make it so fun and look so easy. Please keep making videos. Thank you. I love your quilting juice too. You are adorable!!
Beginner here!!!! I have been watching TH-cam after TH-cam video to learn how to make a quilt and your videos are amazing.... You make it look so easy and quick. So I try and it is harder than I thought.. I have learned from TH-cam how to do everything from crocheting to wood carving to fixing my car to building a she shed.. all I have picked up fast.. for some reason, I'm having trouble and I really want to take all my sons baseball shirts and make a really cool quilt for his bed.. and I don't want a boring quilt.. go big or go home right, well, I'm already home. Sooo.... 🤔 I'm impatient as you can see. Anyways- thanks for starting this TH-cam channel, I'm super excited to learn all I can from you...... ❤
I so look forward to your show. Please keep them coming! Your relaxed manor and humor is delightful and inspiring. You remind me to have fun and stop being so critical of my work. I want to be like you when I grow up!😀
i;m just making this quilt ,and was wondering how to top quilt it,i turn on my computer and there you are ,making the same quilt ,now i know how to top quilt it thank you very much,i always say your the best ,i was right
I've never tried fusible batting. I may have to give it a try. It seems easier than the spray basting that I do. Thanks for another fun episode. I always look forward to them. :)
omg I made this quilt about a year ago and couldn't decide how to quilt it. Now you have given me a great idea! Love this show and can hardly wait to see what's in the next episode. Thanks Angela!
You are adorable to watch and listen to in these videos. You have inspired me to try to quilt top my projects instead of sending them out to someone else at a price!
Now I know why I could not get the background fabric.... of that beautiful Boundless Wallflower....Angela had it!! Ha ha SERIOUSLY,truly enjoy your show! Going to make couple of those quilts this winter!! Oh and the wine.. makes me feel better!!
Once again you come through and inspire me. I believe I can quilt so I am going to go for it. I am so new at the quilting part that it is a little frightening but you do make it look so easy.
Angela, I enjoy your Midnight Quilt Shows! Seeing all your quilts from Season 1 shows me that I missed some episodes. Guess what I'll be doing asap?! Keep up the fun!
Hi Angela! Loved this video and you. I'll be watching The Midnight Quilt show from now on. I have never free motion quilted before, but you have inspired me.
Great video, beautiful quilt! Thank you for quilting on a domestic machine! This is invaluable for those of us who do not have a long arm (we can only dream about one). Really, really appreciate your consideration to both approaches! Thank you!
I love the midnight quilt show and have just ordered the fabric for this quilt it is my first quilt and I am so exited to get started you inspired me to start quilting
This video has really encouraged me! I have only done stich in the ditch quilting, since I only have a regular sewing machine. But this is something fun I can actually do!! Can't wait to try it!! Thanks, Angel! BTW- love your videos!!
thanks for telling us your basting secrets, gives me permission to use fusible batting. I also appreciate the quilting designs and like that you have the red line following where you are going. makes good sense! keep the midnight shows coming.
i finally learned your hook swirl. it took a while, but I was so thrilled with the results. My niece loved her wedding quilt! Thanks so much! i have learned so much from you.
Loved the design and your quilting. I am really impressed with your quilting design; I was lost but you knew exactly where you were and what you were doing. If I make the quilt, I will have to use a MUCH simpler quilting design. Yours turned out lovely.
I like your easy triangle square technique and also your top stitching curvy flower pattern. I'm new to using the long-arm machine so maybe I'll try this curvy pattern on my next quilt as it looks easy enough for a beginner.
Thanks again for a really fun show. You crack ME up! I especially like the detailed drawing of your quilting in the little side box as you quilt. Very helpful.
So I started cutting blocks last and I have a lot of left overs and not a lot of blocks. I didn't have a jelly roll. I cut my strips from fat quarters. So before I cut any more, I thought I'd ask if it would be terrible if I sewed two strips together at the ends. This is my first quilt (by myself), so I'm not quite sure how to proceed. Thoughts?
I know you asked this a month ago, but I thought I'd comment anyway! You can totally sew strips together! Whenever I need to make longer strips, I sew them together, but on the diagonal. You don't need to do it that way, it's a habit from combining strips for binding.
We need Angela back….. love her show
Oh my God, now i know how can the triangle so pointed and line up. From straight strips sewing. You just don't know that how happy i am to know about this pattern. You have make my quilting day, pretty lady. Thanks so much!
You not only crack yourself up, you crack me up, too. I love you sense of humor. Love how easy you make it all look.
I usually don't care for videos with "humor" but you do it right... loved the video!!
Love the tubular piecing a triangular cuts for this block. Time toFMQ and master that flower!!! It reminds me of a lotus 💙
Love the sense of humour - and the instructions!!
I hope that light fun attitude and quick whit is really you, I love it.
It is so me! I am having so much fun being myself, a side that doesn't necessarily come through in writing!
Angela, you are so much fun to watch and motivating at the same time. I'm going to make a small lap quilt for my family's Christmas exchange, whoever gets it will be surprised!
And they will be very happy to receive a gift from your heart ❤️?
Love the diagram showing your quilting path as it's happening! Kind of like the path on the TV screen on an airplane. I want to make this quilt just so I can quilt like you, Angela! Very inspirational show.

I love watching your shows...Wednesday can't get here fast enough!!! I finally started FMQ, I quilted a lap quilt and now I am working on my first big quilt. When I make a mistake I think of what you say and just work on...practice, practice, practice!!! I'm pretty happy with how I'm doing and I owe it all to you! You are such an inspiration!!!

Of all the boring quilting videos out there, this was so much fun to watch.
I love your midnight quilting videos. Thanks Debra

Absolutely FANTABULOUS, ooops I may need another mojito. White pops. Nothing like the smell of a fresh fabric, not even hot fresh bread.
This is one of the best episodes of The Midnight Quilt Show! Simple pieced quilt with LOTS of great instruction for the free motion and straight line quilting. I feel like almost anyone could make this. Thanks Angela & Craftsy!!

What a cute and quick quilt! I used to dread the actual quilting. Thanks to your books and your tutorials, I look forward to free-motion quilting, now. Thank you!!
That little box with the pink traveling line is great!
I enjoy watching how you are not so concerned with perfection...which I am and terrified to make a mistake. Thanks for giving me that comfort...
Thank you so much for sharing this quick and fun technique to piece blocks! I love it!
Thank YOU for watching and supporting me, I so appreciate it!!
I love watching your videos!!! Thanks so much for this video!!!!

I've never tried fusible batting. I may have to give it a try. It seems easier than the spray basting that I do. Thanks for another fun episode. I always look forward to them. :)
I love it because I don't like the fumes from the basting spray and I hate pinning.....or maybe just because I am lazy, lol.

Yes! That and that cool quilting diagram with the red line that showed exactly where you were currently quilting.
This is just a perfect video for ideas, advice, and laughs! (I watch it over and over!) Make more, Angela! You are a hoot!
Love your shows.
Thanks for spending some time on your quilting! It is a big help.

I like that you're showing more of the quilting process and patterns that you use. The piecing is the easy part, the quilting, not so much.
Ugh.. the quilting is hard
