I lived and worked at this property for 6 months as one of the general contractors. I knew the owner and we became friends. A great person single and very generous. He lived in Beverly Hills and spent his weekends here in the main house on the beach. Once the apartments/bedrooms were finished the main house was taken down and a new residence was built. I lost contact with him in the early 90s. The only person he ever talked about was his mother and I just assumed he was an only child. He had some health issues in his eighties. He always showed up at the house on fridays in his yellow convertible rolls Royce with his chef and girl friends.

Wow, my father and I photographed this house when it was done in the mid 90s. My dad was an architectural photographer as I am now. The architect was a guy named Ernie Yoshino. It was an amazing house at the time. It had a lucite staircase that lit up in different colors. We stayed their while we shot it, in one of the suites located on the property. Each suite had a theme, and ours was “safari”. I believe the owner at the time was Elizabeth Taylor’s attorney. Pretty sad to see it like this, but it has been renovated recently.

Thecrazeecow Thank you SO much !!!!! I appreciate you digging around and finding the pictures for us !!!! It breaks my heart to see what it was, and how fast it went downhill. Makes you wonder why. With that house, view and address I can't imagine someone not scooping it up. I bet the people that turned it down when it looked like that, and saw it now gutted, with a 10 MILLION increase / equity... they would get sick !!!
Cynthia Garret that makes sense. If you have stupid money and don’t have a reason to lower the price to move it, the it deteriorates. What a waste. Let someone buy it and fix it and hopefully love it.
@Robdog 1 Is this Getty house you mean, it's different to the one in the TH-cam video clip, www.dirt.com/more-dirt/heirs-heiresses/cynthia-beck-abandoned-malibu-mansion-28012-sea-lane-12402/ that was owned by the Gordon Getty or did he own 2 mansions?
Owning ANY property that faces the ocean in Malibu is insanely priced. Even really expensive property is narrow and long. People build site barriers when possible. If the owners are really wealthy, they spend maybe a few months out of the year... Notice that this house has a limited amount of sand in front of it. This is the big issue: big storm hits, the ocean will win and the house most likely will be shortened.
I looked and maybe some people do pay Malibu prices elsewhere that's not in Malibu. I'm not knocking Malibu at all but I sure couldn't afford to live there. To each his own.
I have always said that all my life, cause the purpose is to, especially at that level of wealth, is to give yourself a little bit of space, real estate, ground, a little earth away from others in a good way!!! It is a sucker move to buy anything very costly to you like a home and be right up under others!!! Peace!
WOW! That is some house...I mean MANSION. All that building material gone to waste not to mention the gorgeous location. You could get lost in it. You might have to get on the intercom and say, "Hey honey I'm lost...come & get me" and your husband laughs as he climbs the stairs to rescue you from the guest room at the other side of the house. Can you imagine falling to sleep with the sound of the ocean outside the windows? Sorry I got carried away. Great explore.
Ha ha Looming Nana, that's cute. And Lady Heart I agree with you. I don't know that I would be able to drown out the sound of the traffic on Pacific Coast Hwy over the ocean. With property taxes at $169,000 a year, that's more than we paid for our new little lake house in Texas.
research the freaking address and give some background history on the former owners, why it was abandoned, is there a tax lien on it, etc. its not really fun watching these videos without knowing who, or why this all happened!!!! not to hard to do, and would greatly boost your cred!!!!
Thank you guys for documenting a piece of California history! I’ve driven and lived by here since I was a kid, and yal seem super sweet and respectful with your work. Who knows what will happen to it in the future, but at least we have your cool video to remember it by❤️
This is on Carbon Beach, AKA “Billionaires Row”. It’s prime real estate. Money on this side of town isn’t an option. Many have bought the properties next door to them in order to do a Lot Line Adjustment and make the lot bigger so as to tear down the existing and double the house size. Malibu is a crazy place to build, trust me. Lol 😂
It was a Mob owner, Al Capone I understand..You heard her, what she called it..During the 20's & 30's it was very dangerous area..Many Owned places along the Malibu Strip..
It's too bad the inside is gutted. Wandering around the rooms inside is one of the best parts of these videos for me. Gorgeous ocean photography though.
Yes i know, i would of loved to see the lay out of the actual house before it was gutted. Check out this video of another mansion we did where the inside still has a good amount left behind. th-cam.com/video/ElUo9VgrJK8/w-d-xo.html
A building that old would likely need serious renovation, including modernizing the plumbing and electrical systems. And the taxes would be prohibitive.
Sorry we only had an hour here then we had to rush to the airport. Everything was gutted down to the wooden studs. Check out our other mansion video, everything was left behind there!
I used to live there before the landlord sold it to Bruce! (from a 2000 LA Times article) Entertainment attorney Bruce Thabit has listed his home on Carbon Beach in Malibu at $17 million. He completed construction on the home about two years ago. (1998) Known as the “Shell House,” the 13,000-square-foot estate has a main residence with three bedrooms and seven self-contained villa suites, each with a spa, fireplace and kitchen. The suites have such themes as “Tropical Garden,” “Versailles,” “African Queen” and “Manhattan Deco.” The ocean-view property also has a boardroom, a five-car garage and a courtyard accommodating six cars.
I have lived in the mountains of Vermont and beachfront of Palm Beach. I can tell you there are only so many times you can look at mountain, ocean or palm trees. What makes or breaks your experience are the people you keep close.
I'm surprised a developer hasn't bought this property to either remodel it or tare it down and have a new mansion built Malibu beach front property does command a premium price.
There would have been many I presume. There must be some weird reason that it cant be demolished. In some countries special house n buildings get heritage protection. You arnt allowed to touch em.You can sell but even then the new owner cant touch or change it.
You can find way more "cartoony castle fashion like look" houses up in the hills of Los Feliz and the Hollywood Hills. Those actually look like what she was describing.
Looks like to me like it's being renovated. More like somebody's trying to fix it up.... wow this place needs a lot of work. It could take two to three years to fix all the repairs that's needed.....the coast would probably be around 2 to 3 million dollars to fix this the right way.
Someone somewhere owns this property and its not "abandon". Probably belongs to a bank. Should be secured better to keep out knuckleheads who walk around on ledges and will eventually fall and try to sue the owners. That said, when it is sold it will probably be a tear down.
There really should be no homeless person living in America. The government could turn this place into a transition home to help someone, these homes are just sitting around rotting away, Wow! What a waste of money and time spent to build this home. So beautiful. The sound is so calming.
the only beautiful thing about this house is the view and the 20 meters of sea front, otherwise we can't do worse, all is wooden, there is a building within 10 meters, no privacy, there is no greenery or tree.
That is because everything is gutted out of the house.. The house obviously wasn't all wooden inside. Thats just the structure of the building. I personally think this house is amazing. We all have our own opinion. A rooftop jacuzzi on the beach is just incredible to me.
I agree that jacuzzi on the rooftop is great, but not when your neighbors who are five yards away can see what you're doing in the jacuzzi. After a wooden structure by the sea, I'm not sure that's the best idea. Finally there is a big difference between Europe and America when it comes to house building.
Its funny because the house across the street from this, not on the beach, is probably less money and is a huge mansion that sits on the top of a mountain. All the beach front properties in Malibu are very close together. As you get out of Malibu you start to see properties with more land on the beach. I agree with the big difference between Europe and the US, thats why we are heading to Europe to explore in 2 weeks :)
What if the girl who was 'WALKING THE RAILING' were to get hurt?! Who would be responsible for that?! Abandoned or not, that is DEFINITELY something to think about!!!!
You would think, right? But sadly common sense doesn't always apply. Yes, this girl has 'broken in', trespassed, done something risky, and yet if she were injured, she could sue the owner of the property and could possibly win compensation. It depends on the state. There are 13 states (pure comparative negligence states) in which the trespasser can get compensated, EVEN IF they are 99% responsible for their own injuries. Ridiculous but true.
How interesting I saw this in my news feed. I used to work for the City of Malibu years ago. We called this house the “Sea Shell House” due to the ginormous large hideous shell plastered on the front of the house. The house is located on Carbon Beach, AKA “Billionaires Row”. Here’s a frontal view - to the right of the house with the large green yard. www.californiacoastline.org/cgi-bin/image.cgi?image=201309713&mode=big&lastmode=sequential&flags=0&year=2013
It's something to see abandoned houses. It shows me what is really important in life. These houses will rot and decay away and we can't take it with us. Our soul is the only thing that matters in the end. The soul will live on. Edit: spelling
This property is no longer available to rent or to buy. This multi-family home is located at 22640 Pacific Coast Hwy, Malibu, CA. 22640 Pacific Coast Hwy is in Malibu, CA and in ZIP code 90265. This property has 10 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms and approximately 6,981 sqft of floor space. This property has a lot size of 9,635 sqft and was built in 1957. The original owner is a guy named Bruce A. Thabit.
We shot as much as we could with the hour of daylight that we had. We got there while they were still working next door and wasted over a hour waiting outside. I would of loved to be able to document the inside, just didn't have time. We went straight to the airport from this location lol.
I disagree with that statement. Every single abandoned building in the world sits on a property that is worth some type of money if that abandoned building is removed. Same in this case. This house has sat for years untouched. If the house wasn't there, the land would of been purchased right away and a new house would've been built.
Of course this property has an owner, in the legal sense.... whether the structure on the property is inhabitable and can legally claim to have a certificate of occupancy from the local governing authority, is something totally different.... the property is not abandoned, but rather, it’s structure is not inhabited, no different than if the lot was nothing but raw/undeveloped land.... someone still has legal title to the defined lot
The things you are saying look like "Chandeliers" are actually what's left of the original ceiling sconce. Before they put the actual sconce up, they have to create the wood frame underneath to give the plaster or wood something to grab on to. There would no doubt be a chandelier hanging from the ceiling in the middle of that, but the framing around the edges is for the sconce. 👍
They’re doing renovations on this house someone paid and is fixing it up. Sam and Colby went there. There was construction workers there at the time. This was like a month ago.
This could be the mansion that Tupac Shakur was renting when he got shot in Las Vegas.... He was staying in a mansion in Malibu with the District Attorney's daughter I moved Tupac Shakur furniture after he died. This looks a lot like the mansion.... I was driving for Global Van Lines out of Garden Grove California when I moved his Furniture to Georgia his mother's house Athena Shakur her mansion outside of Atlanta Georgia...... When we deliver the furniture to the mother's house she would not let us come up to the mansion her people came down and took it off of our trucks with a small Penske Rental Truck I could have got my tractor-trailer right up to her Mansion but she didn't want it in there I think Tupac Shakur was inside her mansion alive that's why she didn't want us to come up to the mansion we would have seen him this is been over 20 years ago... I move stuff out of this mansion in 1997 in October...
Amazing architectural design! Thanks for the share... there will be a time when we will never see architectural Creations like this again thanks for taking the chance on accessing that property.
Why would someone abandon this beautiful mansion, its so beautiful in its hay day & it could be turned back into a bed & breakfast place, right off the beach, or a honeymoon place for newlyweds, 100 things to open it back up, wish I had the money to do so or get a loan to do it , I'd open it back up, thanks for sharing with us all, Happy Holidays Guys!
Why is it abandoned yet the whole inside is gutted? Has someone possibly purchased is and going to have it redone to be lived in? I'd be too scared to do this type.of stuff in fear of getting into trouble lol.
To everyone commenting about them breaking into a mansion and trespassing.....WHY ON EARTH ARE YOU ON THIS PAGE, WATCHING THIS VIDEO? Aren't there more videos than this on youtube? Go find something that you enjoy watching.
Wow , beautiful , gorgeous mainly due to location & architecture ;) must be nice to be so wealthy as to abandon it & not bother selling it. Sad inside is in bad shape.
Looks like a flipper got in over their head on this one. Purchased in 2008 for 13.5 million right around the time the sky was falling in the real estate market.
Beautiful. I am surprised no one has snatched this up that could afford to pay to have it restored. The views are breathtaking. What a shame. Great find and that s for the video.
I know the area and generally where it is. The beach erosion is off the hook there. Am sure it is much closer to the ocean now, compared to when it was built. Nothing will stop the erosion, matter of time the building will be completely useless. Sad scenario, all up and down the coast. Especially the older houses, mansions, buildings, etc.
Someone did purchase it for 13.5 million dollars 10 years ago. They did nothing with the property because its gonna cost more to tear it down and build a new house when someone can already buy a finished house for sale on the same street for less the price.
The bank they took a loan from probably owns the house. They can't pay the taxes, it will go to the bank. That is the problem with mega-expensive homes. You can't pay the tax, you lose them to the bank. If you decide to sell and it's in the shape this one is in, nobody in their right mind would want to buy it unless they really, really love the ocean view. It's TOO CLOSE to the water and the damage from the next big storm would be tremendous unless it's built well. It's held up this well, yes, but the inside is a mess, and there are parts of the balcony railing that have to be replaced and you don't see (I haven't at this point) the water damage allowed by the smashed windows that are there. I wouldn't be surprised if the last owners stripped the house down to what it is now (sold as many of the furnishing as they could) to get as much out of it as they could. They probably thought, "What the hell?" It's nasty but when you lose something like this and likely will not get your money back they probably didn't care at that point. I'm sure whoever owns this property right now (again, likely a bank) probably knows this building is NOT being restored. I agree with those who said that this structure will be torn down. Happens in California a lot with luxury homes. How many times have you heard about a mansion or big home owned by a celebrity that was demolished within 20 years of their living there? They're not that sentimental about these things. That house is on the border of its existence... Unless you're a megamillionaire -- $150million+ --, it's not going to be saved in the condition it's in right now. You'll pay probably half again on top of what it's "worth" to get it fixed up. For $40million, not happening!
The splotches I would imagine (on the outside at least) are rust or some other kind of corrosion. The house is constantly exposed to salt water (and I would NEVER buy a building that close to the water, either!) so it's going to have an impact on it. Heck, any house needs regular maintenance and if you own them long enough, say 20-30 years, you're going to have roof work probably at least 3-5 times (IF you're lucky!!!) during that time. The only other things I can think of besides rust are bacteria or algae growth. Who knows unless you scrape it for yourself. The Titanic wreck itself rewrote the book on how things decay in saltwater. They had no clue until they found that wreck in 1985 and since the mid-1990s all assumptions about salinity, depth, and temperature went out the window. Happens on land, too. The material the house is made of is as important as regular maintenance. They don't decay the same... The Empire State Building and Chrysler Building underwent massive maintenance and partial rebuilds in the last 25 years. They were build around the same time but it turned out that for all its greater exterior fanciness the Chrysler Building actually required less work to rehab it partially because the windows on that building were better-sealed and didn't corrode as badly as their counterparts on the other skyscraper. That mansion is still, toast, IMHO, unless the structure IS sound and somebody decides it IS worth it to salvage it. I'd still predict it WON'T be saved. They're not that sentimental about buildings in California -- or most of the US, for that matter. If the building doesn't qualify as "art" or "historical enough" it's going to get razed like at at least 95% of anything that gets built does. It's a nice building, yeah, but there's a million others out there like it.
I know EXACTLY where that home is. I travel through the PCH every Wednesday & Saturday for business purposes. I always pass by that location. PCH is a beautiful road to cruise on...except after 3pm..man the traffic is terrible.

If those walls could talk! Imagine the stories of people who resided there!
Wowww ur right. It would be Awesome
Was surprised to learn this place was built in the 1950's!
What the history ?
Who owned it?
Cynthia Garret that makes sense. If you have stupid money and don’t have a reason to lower the price to move it, the it deteriorates. What a waste. Let someone buy it and fix it and hopefully love it.
@Robert Bents cant believe it was never sold at least for the land for something else to be built there
@Robdog 1 Is this Getty house you mean, it's different to the one in the TH-cam video clip, www.dirt.com/more-dirt/heirs-heiresses/cynthia-beck-abandoned-malibu-mansion-28012-sea-lane-12402/ that was owned by the Gordon Getty or did he own 2 mansions?
I know it's Malibu but why would anyone want to live that close to their neighbor?
Owning ANY property that faces the ocean in Malibu is insanely priced. Even really expensive property is narrow and long. People build site barriers when possible. If the owners are really wealthy, they spend maybe a few months out of the year... Notice that this house has a limited amount of sand in front of it. This is the big issue: big storm hits, the ocean will win and the house most likely will be shortened.
People who live in row homes don't pay Malibu prices.
I looked and maybe some people do pay Malibu prices elsewhere that's not in Malibu. I'm not knocking Malibu at all but I sure couldn't afford to live there. To each his own.
auaiao9 usually these homes are secondary resident and people use as. Beach house.
What’s the plans for mansion?
Looming Nana sounds like a dream. I would love it.
Looming Nana no need to apologize! I loved reading your comment/little story!!!💖😹💕
I have watched this from Kenya- Africa. You've just awakened the spirit of adventure in me. If only I had a chance...
Thats amazing that our videos reach people across the world. Thank you for watching!
research the freaking address and give some background history on the former owners, why it was abandoned, is there a tax lien on it, etc. its not really fun watching these videos without knowing who, or why this all happened!!!! not to hard to do, and would greatly boost your cred!!!!
I thought the same thing. Do some research..... You know the boring part..... the viewer becomes uninterested quickly without the history.
Yah I would like to know also
I agree.. I would love to know or be able to see some pics from its former glory
I agree. I need a back story, otherwise it's boring & pathetic as to why it would become abandoned. What a waste... 😖
👍🏼👍🏼💯
I used to jog by this house every day in the early 90's!
When you jogged by it was people living in it?
Yes, were people living in it 😊 could just imagine it would have been so beautiful
What happened to the ppl that live there

Has it been fixed up since 3 years ago?
22640 PCH Malibu, CA. Estimated sell price $25 million
Godngunclinger Hiw is it worth 25mil when its needs a complete remodel?
type the address into a google search and see for yourself; 22640 HWY 1 Malibu, CA.
$25 million is assuming it is move-in ready . . . trulia, Zillow, etc are rarely even close to being accurate.
Godngunclinger Holy smokes! Thanks i was wonderin about that! Lol!
Lol 😂
I love how she says the architecture is "modern", have you heard of art deco before? Very oldschool even for 1950's 😂
Classic
I did my very best to look beyond chemtrails and Illuminati vibes 😂 just for the Beauty of it, plus your great job filming! Excellent!

We appreciate that a lot, thanks man!

Stefanie Mesa right!
A building that old would likely need serious renovation, including modernizing the plumbing and electrical systems. And the taxes would be prohibitive.
did they abandon it because of the beach erosion? there's not much sand separating the house from the ocean.

"I'm Jazz. My life is my message." We know she fell off that railing a few times.
Would have loved to see the interior!
Sorry we only had an hour here then we had to rush to the airport. Everything was gutted down to the wooden studs. Check out our other mansion video, everything was left behind there!
was it gutted or unfinished? why would anyone remove drywall off a finished house?
Fixer Upper
Carol Bei if you watch the entire video you Will obtain better clarification of the term (Gutted) he chose to use 😁
Carol Bei yeah it looks more like they started construction then stopped working on it. Unless they were remodeling the whole thing? 🤷🏽♀️
I used to live there before the landlord sold it to Bruce!
(from a 2000 LA Times article) Entertainment attorney Bruce Thabit has listed his home on Carbon Beach in Malibu at $17 million.
He completed construction on the home about two years ago. (1998)
Known as the “Shell House,” the 13,000-square-foot estate has a main residence with three bedrooms and seven self-contained villa suites, each with a spa, fireplace and kitchen. The suites have such themes as “Tropical Garden,” “Versailles,” “African Queen” and “Manhattan Deco.”
The ocean-view property also has a boardroom, a five-car garage and a courtyard accommodating six cars.
@@leenaysmith3672 You're right, there must be something up with this property because that is prime real estate for California.
I'd say it has to do with rising water levels. Just a matter of time before it's in the water.
Cartoony castle fashion like look.
What does that mean?
You can find way more "cartoony castle fashion like look" houses up in the hills of Los Feliz and the Hollywood Hills. Those actually look like what she was describing.
Prob. MASON OWNED??
It means fantasy construction. Think Disney.
Trespassing? 🤔
She was just describing how it looked why are u so confused ?
Great video! It's amazing how close the neighboring houses are. Just like new subdivisions- packed in.
Yes i would think for over 20 million dollars, you would have at least 15 feet between you and your neighbors house lol.
I like how you don't let a fence deter you from some good adventures. I always jump them myself.
Theres gonna have to be some guard dogs behind that fence 😂😂
Looks like to me like it's being renovated. More like somebody's trying to fix it up.... wow this place needs a lot of work. It could take two to three years to fix all the repairs that's needed.....the coast would probably be around 2 to 3 million dollars to fix this the right way.
Someone bought this house in 2015 for $14,500,000! Insane
Someone somewhere owns this property and its not "abandon". Probably belongs to a bank. Should be secured better to keep out knuckleheads who walk around on ledges and will eventually fall and try to sue the owners. That said, when it is sold it will probably be a tear down.
Beautiful mansion. It's a shame that it is abandoned. That would be like ultimate fixer-upper.
Drrck11 I wonder just how expensive would be to restore it?
Probably millions. Strange no one has just sold the lot!
Absolutely stunning!who could abandon this beautiful building?
Thank you for showing us this I for one love it!😚💔👌
There really should be no homeless person living in America. The government could turn this place into a transition home to help someone, these homes are just sitting around rotting away, Wow! What a waste of money and time spent to build this home. So beautiful. The sound is so calming.
Cant believe any celebrity didn't purchase it. It so beautiful
the only beautiful thing about this house is the view and the 20 meters of sea front, otherwise we can't do worse, all is wooden, there is a building within 10 meters, no privacy, there is no greenery or tree.
I am sure that in europe you will be able to visit abandoned properties that are over 200-30 years old. if you in romania contact me
The details on this home are beautiful, imagine it in its glory!
My god what a thing of beauty this must have been in its glory days.
Ive seen a few photos after we put this video out. It looked really nice.

I love you choice of back ground music. And I appreciate your bits of historic information.
What if the girl who was 'WALKING THE RAILING' were to get hurt?! Who would be responsible for that?! Abandoned or not, that is DEFINITELY something to think about!!!!
That is on her if she dies she dies
Whether owned or abandoned, the only person responsible for the girl walking the railing is the girl walking the railing.
MrMidWest - You're kindof a CREEP, aren't you?!
Rustin - WOW, that's really FLIPPENT!!!!
Here’s a frontal view - to the right of the house with the large green yard. www.californiacoastline.org/cgi-bin/image.cgi?image=201309713&mode=big&lastmode=sequential&flags=0&year=2013
Thanks for this picture. I live in Malibu and had no idea this house existed until now.
Who would leave this place its amazing
Thabit.
"Abandos?" Really?
Sucks that you cut it short without showing the inside. Gutted or not the insides are part of the deal.
We shot as much as we could with the hour of daylight that we had. We got there while they were still working next door and wasted over a hour waiting outside. I would of loved to be able to document the inside, just didn't have time. We went straight to the airport from this location lol.
Nothing that has a real estate property value is "abandoned" I'm sure the land belongs to something or someone
I disagree with that statement. Every single abandoned building in the world sits on a property that is worth some type of money if that abandoned building is removed. Same in this case. This house has sat for years untouched. If the house wasn't there, the land would of been purchased right away and a new house would've been built.
Jennifer Miller I think you are correct....there is still an owner...
I bet someone could renovate this for 300,000-500,000 dollars, and it would look really nice again
The ocean view and sound is majestic.
3:36 Absolutely "Beautiful"!!!
Great job. Thank You!!!
For the sunset.

What an amazing home! Perhaps it can be restored into a house museum?
This it?

Amazing architectural design! Thanks for the share... there will be a time when we will never see architectural Creations like this again thanks for taking the chance on accessing that property.
Can you provide some history?
I use to pass by that place all the time. Never knew it was abandoned. The clam on the front gave it away.
The flyby overview gives the construction the look of the deck of a ship. Looking down from the camera's eye the round smoke stacks are interesting.
Thanks for your feedback!
any history on this house available?

This is a great video, we also recently explored the mansion (2019)
do you know if its still there today?
The view is great, the mansion is not. Bad design.
Jo Montanee built in the 50’s remember they didn’t have much imagination in terms of bigger windows, architecture and design.
What makes you think it is abandoned? Just because someone who doesn't know the definition of the word told you so?
Why is it abandoned yet the whole inside is gutted? Has someone possibly purchased is and going to have it redone to be lived in? I'd be too scared to do this type.of stuff in fear of getting into trouble lol.
What’s the story behind this place? Malibu and somebody hasn’t snatched it up?

Nice very nice, built in 1957 , I bet it would cost more to renovate this house than it did to originally build it . what do you think ? Ok take care.
Yes they are most likely going to demo the house for the property just for the property that it sits on.
Yea, a $10M tear down, for sure
The value is all in the land and location
To everyone commenting about them breaking into a mansion and trespassing.....WHY ON EARTH ARE YOU ON THIS PAGE, WATCHING THIS VIDEO? Aren't there more videos than this on youtube? Go find something that you enjoy watching.
The complete and utter shattering of capitalistic dreams is such a pleasure for me.
13.5 mill? R u sure?
beautiful sunsetand that oceoan beach and the roar of the water so pretty
Yes it really was incredible!
The owners don't care to put up No Trespassing signs?
Mark Allen Channel they have a sign in front of the property.
The Trespass tourist took them down!
I didn't know that place was abandoned I know exactly were that house is .is on PCH or aka highway 1
Where exactly???? I want to go check this out.
Anyone know what it was abandoned? How long has it been like this? Why has no one purchased it?
Someone did purchase it for 13.5 million dollars 10 years ago. They did nothing with the property because its gonna cost more to tear it down and build a new house when someone can already buy a finished house for sale on the same street for less the price.
so whats going to happen to it? who are the current owners?
