Please ma, when sterilizing should I pour the cholrine dioxide and hot water into the bottles? Then put the bottles inside hot water and boil. Or please explain the sterilization for me.
What if the juice has been boiled before should I boil it again to 68-75 degree? Lastly can I use this for tiger nuts?
