When ever your in that situation find something with high amounts of ginger in it. Ginger will stop the stomach pain. Or bring ginger candy when traveling.
Facts ginger candy is always packed and advil and motion sickness pills and hand sanitizer.... right i b going thru the motions all the time even when i live in the states.

Yeah I tried not to eat everything that I say even when I went to Jamaica yes I know I'm like 2 years late in 2020 but when I went to Jamaica I only eat the chicken and the french fries like the KFC fast-food and french fries because that's the only thing that don't upset my stomach could have oxtail and then day later i be running back and forth all day long even when I went to Vegas i was going back and forth to the bathroom it happens and you got to eat something because your stomach is like Hey where's the food but then after you eat it and it done digested u be like oh nooooo. Dang upset stomach and heavy flow goodness on vacation you brave I would have been done heat plus upset stomach plus my flow oh my goodness I just have to stay in the local area where I'm close to a bathroom because all that moving around wow it was a beautiful vlog thank you for saying
