So many purebred dogs have other breeds infused in them ,in 85 I purchased a chocolate red nose male in Cali, brought him home and sent for his papers,he had American Staffordshire way back and also had American Pit Bull Terrier too, he was registered for American Pit Bull Terrier with the ADBA

Good info. The Ambull Don Mathew's is reversin that lichardht had used lichardht felony. Felony is also in the pedigree of the manson family bandogs. Felony and zydeco dancer 2xw was the foundation of the black champ line super cool dogs.

I’m beginning to wonder if Lichtardt or Ray Weaver actually made that cross. Ray Weaver said he owned Zydeco Dancer and Felony used to be owned by him but was named Onyx or something to that affect.

There line bred of a apbt called Charles manson who was a dagger /whopper dog. Intrrestly the whopper dog was known to be 25%Ambull himself.
Yea I’ve heard stories on the whopper dog before, I heard there was a lot of controversy over him. Did that dog get killed because of that? That’s part of the story I haven’t figured out yet.

I started looking into this subject a little while back after going to look at a 6m pup that was being sold as a black bulldog. Turned out to be an English-Amstaff that he had intended to use in a black bulldog program. Good looking dog, easy going, maybe a little big for my taste. Maybe a little too easy going too. Anyway, I came across my black pit shortly thereafter. Accidental breading between a runt of a rednose and a big AB looking white.. That was 13 years ago. My first black dog has been amazing. That's right.. she's still going. Something about the blacks..

Yea we’re talking about the same thing but he doesn’t understand fully he says the black dogs are not American Bulldogs. Don Matthews calls that bloodline Black Hybrids, he doesn’t give them that name for their breed. Thanks for watching and commenting.
Hate to break it to you but there is. Doesn’t matter if how we got to this point is controversial or not the FACT is, we now have American Bulldogs that are black. They don’t all trace back to this cross either. I’ve got 4 people that I discuss these Bulldogs with, and that’s just 4 that I’m in routine contact with on a weekly or so basis. Just amongst them 4, they have a combined experience of 200+ years. I will trust their word.

That’s right Zydeco Dancer was an APBT but they also added an Amstaff.
