I think she's one of the best stun units to date. A NP that can stun, a "guaranteed" stun on a skill, great NP gain, two skills that boost that NP gain even more and on top of that good stargen which she can use to crit herself to 100%. Yes, her cooldowns are bad, but considering that she can buy the team at least two turns worth of time I think that's reasonable. Finally, her NP stun is inconsistent by itself, but it can be made consistent with supports like Phantom or Caster Gil, and even without them 60% is a slightly better coinflip. Also you can make a mean anti-Male Rider team by putting her together with two Sthenos and I think that's hilarious.
People say she's alright because she is "permanent", no that doesn't excuse a gimping a strong servant. Look at Enkidu and Ozymandias. Also, it's been 2 years since we got the last free SSR ticket. And lastly, being permanent also has the unfortunate label that people will skip her cause she's already "there", but what are the chances a permanent SSR will spook you anyways? It's very very miniscule.
I wouldn't say that Enkidu and Ozy at launch were as excellent as they are considered to be now. They were still strong, but it took a couple buffs for them to be in the state they are in now.
Not every Servant has to be clearly stronger than their competitors, I'd say she's a decent sidegrade to the Valks (except for looping, but there's only so much you can do there) and Huyan Zhou. If anything, Tez and his utterly broken kit is the issue here
Wherever you choose to take her I don't think that 10% will make that much difference when her np's base chance is 60%. (I mean, I guess you can do double Cas Gil memes 😂). On that note, I think she is a very fine spook (especially art-wise), but she suffers from essentialy how bad quick is in the game at the moment, so pretty much no 90+/90++ farming (unless maybe some quirky multicore).
@@alter-dev2103 when compared to most AoE NP disables like Huyan Zhuo, Tesla, or even Zhuge Liang. Base 60% is already pretty good and she could spam it since her natural NP gain isn't even scuffed too. OC'ing also makes this NP significantly stronger.

the looping sheet said she can probably black grail loop with double skadi and oberon. that's definitely a no go even against riders. refund wont get out of the 40s. i tested it in a simulation. she can do it with triple skadi if you get 15 overkill hits but that's not very reliable. definitely fine against riders though.
Her kit feels like a Year 2 or 3 Servant. The high cooldown, low duration, intentionally gimped skills and an inherently unreliable gimmick due to a low chance to inflict "Bound" just screams that they either don't know what they're doing or they hate us. At least she's a Spider Girl, but even then, there's not much difference between her ascensions, especially her face. If her powermod worked for regular stuns as well, then we could use the old Plugsuit's Gandr for extra damage, but they preemptively nerfed that too. Make her a 4* and she'd be a decent welfare.
i think bound ignores stun resistance but still is affected by general debuff resistance, so honestly i dont think she would have been super broken if the bound chance was to be base 100% for the skill and maybe even NP imo.
Yes, that's what bound is. Is adding bound to Rama's crit skill enough to increase the cooldown 3 turns? Not remotely, 7 turn cooldowns on 1 turn effects is really, really bad at this point unless it's some skill like BB summer's battery because it does so many things.

I mean she can outdamage Huyan if she's hitting Bound Enemies, but aside her S3, I think Nero already shows player what a 60% Chance can do Now if she was an ST, she would've got a place as a general boss killer that could be better than Jack on the account Jack is still stuck with that awkward S1.
She is very good permanent servant, if we gonna compare it to limited one hard to say also thought she is ST in livestream she will be good ST if that happens.o
Another copypasted worse version of Rikyu's kit, her extra damage against bound enemies is a nice gimick but she is clearly a style over substance servant. Long cooldowns, mediocre skills. Huyan is better in almost every way and she has Summer Skadi compatibility which even means she can crit much more consistently, and with her 2 hit evade with buff removal resistance she also lasts longer on difficult quests. Roll only if she is waifu, if you want gameplay wait for Rikyu's rerun or the Anniversary servant
Considering she's permanent, makes sense that she's not as good as a limited servant. Plus, team survivability is always a nice niche to have and a 100% stun is great.

She is wildly underpowered and i hate that they are nerfing permanent servants because when it comes to 5 stars you are more likely to get the limited ones because they appear in GSSR and very few players spend enough money to get consistently spooked and gather Permanent SSRs

Another Quick Assassin, this seems to be quite common for the Assassin servants, course my view is abit different being on NA side, a funny thing this seeing as i think NA is getting a Assassin soon.
Assassin's are usually quick, casters are usually arts, Berserkers are usually Buster, etc. It's not a rule, but some classes have affinity to a certain card rype

Man, we really need that Dual Arts/Quick Hybrid Support (like S.Skadi was for Buster/Quick....Buster/Arts doesn't really need it) just so we can stop hearing any servant with an AAQQB deck get the "I don't like their card deck" comment lol. To preface, I'm just poking fun at the running gag, don't take the jab too seriously lol. Its just something I noticed that unless its QQQAB or QQABB then some people typically will not look at that servant favorably. We have S.Skadi to thank for that~ Her and her jank-ass "I'm giving the team over 50 stars per turn and we have no use for them" and "I cheated my way into being EX tier because I provide more than 50% Quick up with no downside" XD. Like at least Oberon has a demerit for doing 50+ np charge
That, what they SHOULD have done to make her actually consistent and not a chore to bring into boss fights (Since half her skills are geared towards bosses) is: Make Bound a special stun that totally ignores Debuff Immunity and Debuff Resistance (both passives and buffs -btw it only ignores stun resistance and stun success when like...those 2 aren't even things XD). So at least the 66% chance at NP is somewhat acceptable if it can bypass anything (honestly its a gripe how they'll just rename a debuff but not change anything about it to have it stand out. That's just being lore-lazy). Skill 1: (I'm comparing it to Merlins) Just make it a flat 1 turn Invul for everyone, but also an additional 10% NP charge for every Bound Enemy (max 20) Skill 2: Grants self on-attack buff with Arts Cards for 3 turns "Increase own debuff success rate by 15% for 3 turns" Skill 3: Just reduce the cooldown to 5 turns and also inflict a 1 turn 10% Arts & Quick Resistance Down on target if they're Bound.
Ironically pretty slow for a Quick Assassin. Her shortcomings make sense for a *permanent* Servant though. The kind of spooks you can be happy to score^^

@@maracabo1176 Kashin Koji also has a 50% damage mod on a 6 turn cooldown. I'm not saying she's an amazing unit, but saying she's not worse than Sith.
