Sonic hedgehog protein was actually discovered in drosophila melanogaster (fruitfly) and people researching drosophila always give weird names to the genes/proteins they find (often by how the flys look/behave after disrupting the gene eg. Krüppel and Flightless). The equivalent protein in humans is actually just called SHH, to not have the problem of explaining to people that they have a disability due to a sonic hedgehog mutation. SHH forms a concentration gradient in embryogenesis, which enables differentiation into to different parts of the body. SHH especially important for neuronal differentiation.

We got the little birbs at my dads house they dive and swerve at the last moment.
It should be noted they can on occasion forget to pull up and just hit you. Now they have hurt themselves and you feel bad.
Emotional damage
My favorite part of the last part of shaman king was when that one guy who kept using his powers to heal people dies so someone just summons him and his power just revives people. Like I never really thought about it, just like, the guy fucking dies and like "Oh yeah, we're shamans, what's up dude. Oh fuck yeah, you can still heal us even better."
Oh man you should do stuff like this more! It's so much fun! Do classes next, but not the basic "warrior, rogue, mage, priest", get creative with like "necromancer", "berserker", "Inquisitor", etc.

It would be nice to see a dragon with very low attack speed but high damage. Maybe growth instead of bloodlust.
Something to add about yhe shaman king princess hao ending is that the author is famously(or infamously) known for being lazy and constantly has issues finishing a series
100% would go for balrog from lotr - doom with infernal blade, flame guard, scorched earth, flame trail, reincarnation and lasso.
Well the big bad in Shaman king is the twin brother of the main protagonist.

The First Shaman King is still way better than the new ones. The new ones has a good animation though. But still, the old one is what I refer the most. IMO.
