I miss your videos going through your home looking for stuff to sell.
The challenge is nobody ever pays full retail anymore. Most stores have frequent sales and offer discounts up to 50% off so the actual price shoppers pay is more like half the MSRP. What is more valuable are items no longer available at retail. I have favorite brands and styles that are no longer in stock so I'm willing to pay more if I can buy it from a reseller or get it at the thrift store. The other category with higher value are international brands not available in US stores, particularly from European or Asian brands.
Not a reseller and I love to thrift. It saddens me to see what if thrown in the landfills. Also with the biger stores just throwing new merch into the dumpster, they should be ashamed. We don't need all of the new seasonal items. Thanks for yet another great finds, good to see Kim. She needs to sit with you and talk to us about her journey so far selling. We all love her. Glad to hear about Better Help think it is a must for all considering the amount of change that is happening in the world right now, keep us posted. Hugs
I have 2 pair of Hey Dudes. I love them. If you don't know this tip.... take out the insole and put a little ankle sock over it. So comfy and don't need to wear socks.

I love our Salvation Army. They start out the week 50% off and on Wednesday it goes 60% off and then Friday it got 75% off. I found some excellent kids coats all winter long very very cheap. We’re talking $30-$50 coats for three bucks and two dollars but they did not sell as I expected on marketplace. I don’t resell on eBay or anything. I think I sold three or four coats, and I have like probably seven coats left.
I feel lucky my Salvation Army prices the Zara stuff so all tops are $3, shoes are $10 ,jackets are $15 so I’m able to but a bunch of stuff

That was an interesting neighborhood. You drove out of Salvation Army in. Houses don’t look like that where I live. Do you have to go to the coast to see anything like that. I think the west coast is just sparse when it comes to older homes like that.

You don't want to buy things, because they are cute. The comps are not very good either. But everyone has to learn the hard way usually. I know I did, at first a bit! Best is to always go out of your comfort zone to an extent.
Tell Kim to check out George the Antique Nomad. He has amazing knowledge about pottery and glass. Also, The Crazy Lamp Lady. Dr. Laura is ehhhh compared to the others' knowledge.

A few years ago we stopped at Dunkin’ Donuts on our way to Vegas and it was the most disgusting donut and coffee I’ve ever had. Nasty I don’t get it.
I noticed some insoles missing out of a pair of shoes you looked at. I follow other people on TH-cam that go Thrifting and yard selling and find a lot of insoles out of shoes. I have to take them out. I have DVT in my left leg and my foot swells and ankle swells, so I had to go up to a wide shoe. And even then I have to take out the insole. I don’t know if that’s why they’re missing but for me that’s what I do.
