My amazing sister Laura surprised me with a fun weekend away in Scottsdale, Arizona. We're both busy moms so a big part of our weekend revolved around sleeping in, and relaxing. But in between our naps and lounging around, we fit in some fun activities. If you are looking for a fun girls getaway, we highly recommend Scottsdale, AZ. Scottsdale boasts amazing restaurants, lots of arts and culture and plenty of spas. But as a result of its popularity, this Old Town Scottsdale has become extremely commercialized. This video focuses on some beautiful (but not overcrowded) nearby hiking destinations and an off the beaten path winery located in a ghost town! join us in visiting Barrio Queen for tacos, The Rusty Spur for drinks, Sedona, Jerome, Caduceus Cellars (Tool frontman Maynard James Keenan's winery) and a nice hike to Sunrise Peak.
