Legends race car street legal

I've always wanted to make my LC road legal, and after seeing this I think I'm gonna do it. lol

Even with the one headlight I don't think it could be street legal.
No windsheild, No License Plate, No Tail lights...I have seen Legends cars made street legal but I don't think this is one of them!
