INGREDIENTS
2 6-7oz filets of salmon
2 cups water
1/2 cup mediterranean couscous
1/2 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup diced cucumber
3 tbsp sliced mint
3-4 tbsp olive oil
Juice from 1 lemon
salt & pepper to taste

That looks so delicious! I often cook salmon and couscous but it's very basic. It's nice to see how I can add a few extra simple ingredients and have a really nice meal
you could just add boiling water to couscous, cover it for 10 minutes and it's done. So much easier and it doesn't get all mushy..

Could you do a barbeque/campfire week? Like potato salad with hard boiled eggs and roasted veggies on the bbq or firepit? Me and my sister are going camping in August and id love to try new meals out we go tenting though so wed only have a firepit so if you know some simple recipes that can be done on the bbq and/or the firepit that would be awesome!!

I do couzcouz differently, I place it in a bowl and drop boiling water (with salt or a broth) to cover it and leave it for 5 minutes. After that I fluff it with a fork and it's done :) Loved this recipe :)

here is a quick tip for cooking couscous. if you boil water. pour the water over couscous. equal parts water to couscous. cover with cling wrap let sit for 10mins

do you suggest letting the salmon (or meat in general) coming to room temperature before cooking? I'm only asking cause I've read that doing so is the best method for even-cooking, but in this video you said to take the salmon straight out of the fridge. just wondering!

you should do a series where you teach Rachel some cooking techniques that are harder to master... or that are only taught in cooking schools. Like how to flip stuff on a skillet or how you mixed the salad dressing in your tuna video just by moving the bowl.

Omg secret oven!
Not a "secret oven" as much as an older stove. Most electric stoves today have a broiler element in the main oven and you store stuff in the lower drawer. Gas stoves have a broiler element down there because that's where the pilot light is.
