- It’s quite a task house hunting for a house of your liking, so many iffs & buts. I’m looking for a house on rent in Hyderabad in these areas - Manikonda, Khajaguda, ISB Road Financial District, Nallagandla & more.
In cases the rent matches but the size of the house doesn’t, when the size of the house is ideal the rentals are exorbitant.
I hate to see Mumbai kind of flats coming up in a big large city like Hyderabad - 1200 sq ft ko 50000 mein mat do yaar, be reasonable - My Home Avatar is one such highly priced and unreasonable for the flats they offer.
Guys, need suggestions - please comment & comment so more feedback can pour in.

Mumbai, Bandra. My neighbour is paying 70K for a 520 SFT flat in a 50 year old building with zero amenities. And the worst part is the entire suburb looks likes it is under construction
I know I’ve lived in the city for 16 years. Kudos to those who live but shame on BMC for constant trouble to Mumbaikars.
Seems like all landlords are on the same page in Hyderabad. My landlord sent me a text today saying he is going to increase 8% starting next month or you can leave. What? We have an agreement. He doesn't give a shit about that.
Same case buddy, but 8% toh still thik hai, we were ok with 10-12% increase as well… but sudden 20k was out of chapter.
But if you’re on a lookout, stay relaxed sab mil jata hai…
Bathtoom ki bhi vibes😂.. Check out property in Aparna, My Home, Rajpushpa... Their societies are posh, vibes & maintained .
