    As someone who has been hunting for a house in Hyd myself (for my wife and I) for over a month (!), I can relate to the ridiculousness of the prices being quoted.
    This looks beautiful! Looks like a 60-70k-ish apartment, given the area and that it's beside ISB. Surprisingly big rooms for a gated community. Had it been within our budget, I would have absolutely gone for this.

      @@SandeepSindham I am not sure about this particular flat but in a gated community called My Home Avatar, a 3BHK with around 1834 sq ft super built up area (which would command a similar rent) was quoted at 2.6 Cr.

      We are also looking for a flat to buy. But the prices are so high even for a small match stick house. Which we like it's over 3-4 cr. In doubt if we ever can buy a dream home. The interior is also not like Mumbai flats. Windows are so small .very typical old fashioned layout.

      There are no amenities which is a big minus… water & power backup is there.

      No broker. Some zidd/ motivation to look for it myself, luck & my gate app. That's where i found the lead.
      I think a broker would've never been able to get this for me.

      Office is in Gachibowli, so areas I’m considering are Gachibowli, Madhapur, Khajaguda, Financial District, Shilpa Hills & maybe Kondapur

      50 plus main - 58k ... but for the location, the tranquil and green with great accessibility its a really good deal.

    55k is so good for the house and the locality. Which society is it which is giving rent for 55k ?

      Bahut hain 55k ke budget mein, what is the location preference? In Kokapet, Narsingi, Kondapur you will find around 50-55k of course the larger range is 50 - 70k and so on …
      55k for a 3 bhk is a good budget for sure. Also, Hyderabad is a good investment option. Say 2 years mein possession type ghar lelo but with a renowned builder only like My Home, Prestige, ASBL, Vasavi, Aparna, Auro Realty … some good ones that have a name here. The prices for these builders really go high giving you good returns. Some also offer pre-emi option… so have a look around. Also the society I was living earlier was My Home Navadweepa at Madhapur and one I’ve move to now is Hill Ridge Springs at Gachibowli
