I would like to differ from the conclusion found in this video. I say bread gloves far exceeds the functionality of normal gloves. In fact, Matpat has demonstrated many of the advantages of bread gloves. 1. You can eat them 2. They keep the hands comfortable without overheating them, a common disadvantage of normal gloves and mittens 3. They are bread and hilarious

This episode was actually very intriguing! Maybe there’s a way to strengthen the bread so it doesn’t fall apart as quickly. You could even use an insulator material to fortify it so the gloves do even better. Let me know if you try it - I’d love to see Panera Bread Gloves Part 2!
I think having "failed" hypothesis is as interesting as normal theories and make the succesful ones feel way more valid. Great video. This is a win IMO.
Of course, this also goes the same with many other scientific studies. People rather not admit their own hypothesis is wrong after driving in the nail that they are correct, so sometimes they will not publish their findings or they keep it hidden. Really though it is better to do a study and admit that the data does not fit ones hypothesis, because every study may bring something new to the table of scientists whether it be something odd or something common.
Not only do I agree but that goes for the 2 other of the theory channels. For example in the case of the film theory channel there's a bunch of them that are proven to be "failed theories" or whatever but they still are very well researched and the theories themselves make a lot of sense. Which is one of the reasons why these channels are some of my favorites

This episode was actually very intriguing! Maybe there’s a way to strengthen the bread so it doesn’t fall apart as quickly. You could even use an insulator material to fortify it so the gloves do even better. Let me know if you try it - I’d love to see Panera Bread Gloves Part 2!

I think having "failed" hypothesis is as interesting as normal theories and make the succesful ones feel way more valid.

Of course, this also goes the same with many other scientific studies. People rather not admit their own hypothesis is wrong after driving in the nail that they are correct, so sometimes they will not publish their findings or they keep it hidden. Really though it is better to do a study and admit that the data does not fit ones hypothesis, because every study may bring something new to the table of scientists whether it be something odd or something common.
ENTIRE point of hypotheses is to try prove them wrong

They've been doing this on all the theorist channels for a year or so now, it's really cool.
Not only do I agree but that goes for the 2 other of the theory channels. For example in the case of the film theory channel there's a bunch of them that are proven to be "failed theories" or whatever but they still are very well researched and the theories themselves make a lot of sense. Which is one of the reasons why these channels are some of my favorites
