    I just got my Blackstone about a week ago and am loving it. I never griddled before but loving it so far. Your videos are my favorite because you keep it real. Just watching you puts me more at ease. I want to have fun with my griddle without having to spend a boatload of money. The griddle was expensive enough but if I cook on my griddle instead of eating out all the time, it should pay for itself in no time.

      Glad you find our videos helpful! It is a fun experience. I've said in some videos that I've had mine for a bout 6 years now, but especially being in lockdown last year, I got so used to cooking at the house that I don't really feel the need to eat out now unless I'm really strapped for time.

      Kielbasa is precooked. Perogies are off an assembly line. Drenched in oil, butter and vinegar. This will go through your gut like a bullet. What a hot mess
