He decided to move to Texas because he could t stand Californias governor but he’s getting paid the same in Texas and for 400-600k the houses are way bigger plus Texas has a beach . Uber also under pays and a lot of Nevada people don’t like to tip so he was like f that going to stay in Washington state . Up there the weather is better and you can go crab fishing while making 2-300 a day just doing catering delivery services . There’s alot of retired military homes up there with a lot of people who have very well paid jobs so you make a lot of tip up there . I’m pretty sure most Nevada residents don’t have extra money because they also gamble lol besides having lesser minimum wage but I’m sure they gamble to much on everything from bingo to slots cards , sports , horse tracks . Probably why most people are broke and why Nevada tries to stay more focus on tourist .

I forgot to mention the insurance rates in Texas is cheaper than Nevada a lot cheaper .. my brother came to visit me from Washington state to see how Nevada was like and he went back home . In Washington state he makes 200-300 a day within 6 hours doing those catering apps but in Nevada he tried it and only made 30 dollars through out the whole day everyday for a whole week .
What does a "corporate pivot" mean?
I live in LV and really considering moving to Bullhead City or Mohave Valley, Arizona
Cause it’s a dead end
That's a good thing. Stay in California. It's nice there, enjoy California
Signed
All Las Vegans
Those that moved told others that it is not worth it.
Good, tell them to go back 🙄
Too hot. Uncomfortable to be in air conditioning all day long.
400,000 leaving California and 200,000 coming into California every year per the census.
How will high speed train effect vegas in 2028.
Remote work recalled...we need to get back to the office. Remote work = easy lay off (depends on job and company of course)
Thank god keep that trash there
Because Las Vegas has a history of prestige lol
Right?🤣
I’d rather be dead in California than alive in nevada. Even the homeless would T move there lol
Las Vegas ain't exactly screaming high-class as well.
Lord keep those democrats there we don’t need trash here we already have republic services here
Texas is ranked in the top 5 of highest average effective property tax at 1.9%.
Wrinkle city
Las Vegas is really not where you wanna raise your kids
Why would someone move from the Golden state to the Golden Nugget?
Because CA is a Democrat cesspool with a flawed governor, we in the Silver State here love our Republican ways.
To be able to afford a decent standard of living.
Count your blessings.
When that high speed rail is finished from Vegas to Cali…Vegas will be a bedroom city of California…Will be easily commutable 2hrs on train enough time to catch up office work your laptop & much lower income tax no state tax, & 50% or more cheaper realestate Nevada.
This is what California wants
Thank god!
Build a wall around clark county
So that way Californians can’t gain access!
Well, housing has almost doubled in LV so might as well stay where the weather is civilized.
Thanks god...please don't come.to vegas no more ....go somewhere
Who wants to move to a shit hole like Vegas.. I d rather pay my Ca tax to enjoy the beach weather
CA $20/hour Minimum Wage law having these People moving back to CA
🤣🤣
Last reason is most people require water from their taps
Yay!
I like that trend but this place is WAY too crowded!
I’m surprised I thought Los Angelenos were cash buyers
Thats great news,
Im selling and moving to Oklahoma when my house hits 1 million.
That’s because the people moving out of CA are largely conservative and Nevada is getting bluer by the day.
Not true. Since Lombardo beat Sisolak, Clark County and Nevada as a whole have shifted to a red state.
This comment made no dam sense
@@Valhalla_HeathenWe still have a DEMONRAT mayor - Carolyn Goodman. 🤷
@@Valhalla_Heathen I will believe that when I see it.
GOOD!!😅😊
Great news...
A lot of them moving to Arizona, much cheaper in Phoenix
