When I tried this method it said the maximum amount of slices was exceeded so it only put half of them I got the drum machine designer track. Is there a way I can fix that and have it put all the slices in the drum machine designer for midi?

Hi, very clever demo but I m a beginner. When you transform the loop in midi region, it looks like a stairway going up…how to transform it in a casual midi region in the editor ? have to change mapping? It would be easier to utilize so far, I mean in classic mapping like midi standard. Many thks.Michel

You would have to change mapping yes. This is the fastest way. If you plan to reuse it over an over you could remap and save it.
