Nope thats not me. looks like a very popular song by someone using the same name. Hopefully that wont cause too many problems in the future :/
I just want to drop this here quickly while I’m still thinking about it but I started dabbling in DnB today and the song is set at 160 and still sounds right for this style, so the 170 rule seems odd.
Thank you very much for the tutorial! What shortcut did u use at 4:17 btw? I tried to do the same thing and to chop up the sample onto many regions using scissors tool, but it only splits it onto two parts in the place where I point
Ohhh either hold option or command. I forget which key it’s just in my head as a movement.

I was hoping to see drum programming on ultrabeat because i tend to program all my drums but this tutorial was a big help learning that
I rarely use ultrabeat personally to be honest.
fair enough but great tutorial it more less was the same process i just sent the cut samples from the tracklist to ultra beat and tried mimicking the pattern in your video i hope to see more great tutorials love the mixing element in this not many cover that
If there’s anything you feel I missed let me know. Because fitting “mixing” into a 30min video is a challenge I could do a 40 course 😆

how did you get the green tracks (instrument tracks) for the shaker? I downloaded all sounds from the sound library but there's only blue and yellow tracks, not green?

How do you split the drum loop up into 16th when I hold down on control nothing happens
Try cmd and cut. Away at moment can’t check. But it’s as simple as a alternative cut.

I'm working on a beat of 56. Blues guitar. Just need to understand drum and base technique
Trying looking for something like “balance kick with bass” as drum and bass is a genre.
@@Unders Problem I have, most of my work is odd time signatures, current project is 5/4. Using Logic Pro and Ableton Live. What I am looking for is more about the theory of drums bass and percussion to create that mental groove.
everybody works in 4/4 but not me. Natural timing for me is offbeat.
John Lennon did Working Class Hero in 9/8 and it was the only song I could play naturally. Lennon's song was a mix 6/8 to 9/8. Not exactly a waltz but kind of.
Just need to understand how drums and bass work into various time signatures.

Rarely. I think by the end of this I made some synth drum layers.
