Awesome Crystals Found At The Willie Rickard Rock Farm In Paron, Arkansas

Arkansas is a perfect place for those looking for exceptional quartz crystals. In this video, we take a trip to Paron, Arkansas, to check out the 200 acre, Willie Rickard Rock Farm. The fee to dig is $30 per day per person, and kids dig for free! The farm has been producing quartz crystals dating back to the early 1900s, when Mr. Willis supplied the government with clear crystals to be used for bombs and radios during the war. Some very large crystals have been found here. The largest one so far was 750 pounds! There are also specimens that are unique to this location, such as the beautiful chlorite included quartz crystals that have been found here. The farm is truly amazing, and we loved hanging out with our new friend Brent and all of the dogs. We had a great time and were pretty pleased with all of the crystals we found! We will definitely be stopping by the next time we are in the area. Thanks for watching!
