I am left handed....I like to watch these pros prep and see how I would do the mirror image left handed... I loved that layering technique he used with his machine...similar to making layers for croissants... Loved your video so much ..simple..perfect... You made a documentary of this art...

The background statistics are very good, and the average viewing time is more than 5 minutes, but yt still does not help to recommend this movie, I can't understand... This old shopkeeper is one of the few kind and lovely shopkeepers I have photographed. I like him very much. These skills will not disappear in Taiwan, because Taiwan's environment will create that these people can only rely on selling food to survive.
