FinerThingsInLife Greg I've got an 07 with a 6.7 4 door Dually and I run all the time with my mirrors in tow position because it makes it a lot easier to see behind me as well as I never know when I'm going to hook up and go towing. So haters beware my truck is out there

I don't care what anyone says, the mirrors up make visibility so much better. The wide view mirror then sits horizontally at the bottom. This mimics a big rig mirror configuration. As long as the truck is mine, I will drive with the mirrors set up the way I like.
I personally like the look of the mirrors up. They make the truck look tougher!
I personally like the mirrors up. Helps seeing around around those big hips and towing! Those wheels and tires on the dually look sweet! Can’t wait to see it deleted!

Greg it makes the truck more massive with the mirrors out with that wheel and tire setup (in my opinion)
I run my 1050hp 98 12v with lots of fuel and air at 34* advanced timing. When I first bought the truck it was bone stock. I "molested" the engine the first day of ownership and tossed a new exhaust mani, T3 s366, 5x.18 injectors, 191 DVs, studded it and advanced the timing 18* and I thought that was alot back when I was a beginner at building engines that make power...I miss that setup, so simple and an easy 670-700hp. The truck didn't like to start when it was cold at 18* advanced...you should see it now with completely different setup and 34* advanced timing. Truck makes 1050hp now and gonna be more next year😎 She's put away for winter and is gonna be a completely different truck come end of springish.

Hey Greg, I say leave the mirrors flipped out (up). Mirrors up looks great, plus improved visibility helps in my opinion. Mirrors up or down, the dually is still a great looking truck!

MIRRORS UP!!!!!! Doesn't matter what anyone says they belong up, espicially if your towing,,,,I have a 2014 mirrors up 24/7,,,,better visibility with them even if your not hooked up....

I have a Dodge dually with 285 tires and wheel spacers , I have my mirrors up 24/7 because the rear is now over 4" wider because of the spacers and the larger tires they help me gauge clearance in tight places like narrower streets , going between cars , trees or just anything ... If people don't like it they can pucker up and KMA ..
Just keep the mirrors up. If it's easier for you, keep it that way. Who cares what anybody says.

Garth Grollmus I know right?! I'm not a fan of American Force Wheels but those are fresh as f! I personally like and have used Fuel and Monster Energy for wheels. I'm looking into getting an '18 F350 regular cab and I found some really awesome Monsters and they aren't crazy like Mikey's wheels, the set of wheels i saw are chrome and I think they might be 7 or 8 spoke wheels I'll have to check but I got them saved on Pinterest. And maybe if I buy that truck I'll do videos for my channel

I didn't like mine at first but I keep having to use them I got tired or readjusting them so I leave them up it now it look weird when I lay them down if it wasn't a sing cab, can and chaise

I had a 3rd gen. dually drove with my minors up. It was easier to see around the finders and if they rube on something the hips will not fit
The mirror fear is real. My 06 i drive for work i keep the mirrors up to see around my shell, I've noticed more people get nervous passing or driving next to me. That mirror is a safety device imo. If things get tight people always freak right out. It's like an invisible body extension that scares off all types of shit driver.

Leave the mirrors. I think it is dumb if you just run around with them up but if you are in a dully you get a pass. Need to be able to see around the fenders. And like you said that truck is always pulling.

I first truck is going to be a 1992 d250 automatic
Be ready to completely restore one. I have a 01 24v and a 89 w350. Anything that is that old all its rubber gaskets springs wiring is really bad at this point. Mine needed allot to go back on the road safely. Allot more than I thought.
Tanner Larkin I agree with Mark Rich I had a 92 D250 for a little while it was pretty clean and didn't hardly need any work other then detaling, paint, wheels, tires and fuel injectors. I shouldn't have sold it cause I could make dope videos with it. I had it painted 4 different colors and the paint we're based on Rolls-Royce paint codes for Navy, Andalusian white, mugello red and satin silver it was absolutely gorgeous! The interior was light gray I kept it all stock on the inside except for the audio system. But anyway I hope you find a very clean one or at least one that doesn't need a lot of work 😎

Srw mirrors down, dually up. They look ridiculous up on srw. I think personally they fit the dually when they are up

I need some help. I bought a cummins that is already tuned it has cold air intake 5inch straight pipe front and rear diff a lot of the suspension traction bars egr delete built and a few other things. Problem is i was a bit naive when i bought it and didnt realize the studs weren't done. With all the upgrades that have already been done i just assumed one would have done the studs but my question is how can i safely run the truck as a daily driver until i can afford to buy and replace the studs 1-2 months
Please help i dont want to ruin my truck!!!
I’m not an expert by any means, but if you leave the tune on whatever the lowest boost setting is you’ll be fine. Again. I’m no expert.

Turbo07 says the guy with bubbas willy in his mouth. I have used the mirrors up and down. I can see good both ways and they look better down. Just use the smaller focus mirrors if ya got them. They are concave and really show a large area vers the flat mirror.
Every now and then my co workers will mess with me and flip one mirror up! But I see people driving with one mirror up. Does anybody have a reason for that? I get viability and looks so I'd think both up or both down.
