Joe Biden undoubtedly has either:
Dementia with Lewy bodies, already diagnosed and under treatment.
Parkinson's disease dementia, already diagnosed and under treatment.
We can't know which diagnosis is correct because the treatment's start has been covered up. To differentiate between them clinically: if his parkinsonism began more than a year before the dementia, it is Parkinson's disease dementia; otherwise, it is Dementia with Lewy bodies.
The problem is that he has been treated for parkinsonism for years, which explains why symptoms have been disappearing and reappearing.
Parkinsonism symptoms are permanent and don't disappear without treatment. Treating Parkinson's disease with levodopa can sometimes aggravate hallucinations and confusion.
Either Biden is aware of this, or someone else is administering medication in his food or drinks.
It is hard to ensure that treatment has been introduced during episodes of cognitive decline, but it is easy to ensure treatment has been introduced during episodes of parkinsonism because parkinsonism is always a permanent disease, and its symptoms won't disappear without treatment.

Everyone thinks the media does a huge coverup for the powerful elite, that's true in a way because they don't investigate certain things within our institutions of power, but that's because they don't believe the viewers will tune in and listen. And here now, they love the idea of a historic implosion of the Democratic party, a crazy convention, and yes, another Trump term. They want the house to be on fire because they know it causes viewership to skyrocket, and with that they can hike the ask to ad agencies. This is all about money, not simply persuasion. I guarantee you the head exec of CNN wants Trump to win. It will be a huge boon for their earnings potential as the last term was, constant chaos from an unhinged Tweeter-in-chief.. it's wild to me how much has been forgotten by the American people.
