    www.buymeacoff... Welcome to the Target 10 series. You will target all your problem areas with 10 rounds of 60 second intervals. You will add extra equipment such as ankle weights, resistance bands and pilates ball to some of the exercises to increase the burn even more. The workouts are easy to follow, but tough to do. They require very little space and guarantee results if you do them on a regular basis.
    In Target 10 Glutes you will use ankle weights to intensify all your favourite glute exercises. You will start with kneeling glute raises, circles, out and ins, then more horizontal bend and extend and finally smaller range of motion pulses. You will perform all the exercises on one side before moving on to the other in order to fully fatigue the muscle. Performing the exercises in a kneeling position also engages the supporting leg so you will feel a total lower body challenge. Do the workout with or without ankle weights depending on your fitness level.

    This was a short but a great butt burn add on! Those concentrated little moves really get at the bottom when you focus on form! I love the tip to tilt the pelvis in order to really get the glute targeted, that works so well!

    these 10 min videos are absolute killers! I am doing another pretty hard program on youtube with weights to gain more strength, but nothing burns like these little videos of yours, I need to do more of them :)

      it's great to combine weights with Pilates style toning, that way you strengthen the larger and smaller muscle groups! 😊

    I love the fact your videos are so unique. I’ve never ever seen anyone use a chair to lean against/ support the person to do this sort of workout. I can’t wait to try this tonight and start combining the 10 minute videos. Thank you 😊

      even without ankle weights it is a great one if you make sure you keep your hips tucked and keep your glutes contracted 😊

    After the quiet quarantine burn workout this just took my glutes to another level. I was barely moving and still burning. 😅 That hip tuck makes all the moves that much harder and my legs did start to cramp so I had to flex...muscle burn out but ohhh so good!! 🔥Thank you, Linda!     Loved this little burner! I did this with my hip trainer- I'm really enjoying combining it with ankle weights. Thanks for doing another glute workout with the chair! This series is awesome!

    Oh man!!! This was a killer workout! I am sure already having sore glutes didn’t help the matter, but I collapsed down into child’s pose after and just stayed there for a bit! 😂 Another great burn Linda!!     Phew! Holy schmoly! Glad I didn't use ankle weights. Second set seemed to go faster which was a bonus. ESP on last round of each leg I wanted to give up but remembered what you said at the beginning and kept going. Thank you 💥

      Mirian Rodrigues Hey, Mirian! Sorry to meddle, just want to show my solidarity - I also happened to quit gym (although it was about 1,5 year ago). I don't know what exactly yoy meant but I guess I also could say that I couldn't deal with energy... Particularly when some women didn't like me and tried to block my way or stand in my spoton purpose; or people being so disorganised and chaotic and not thinking about others, or being messy with their things... So I agree that exercising at home is so much better -less drama and annoyance and more efficience and comfort!💪

    I just recently discovered your workouts... and I'm freaking in LOVE with them!! I know you also have many non TH-cam videos available for purchase, but have you ever considered offering an online subscription service?? Something where you'd charge an ongoing monthly fee and subscribers could stream your entire library of workouts (non TH-cam). I would DEFINITELY sign up for something like that, as I'm sure many of your followers would. It's much more convenient than ordering individual DVDs or downloads. Just something to consider. For access to your entire catalog, I'd be willing to pay up to $20 (U.S) a month even. Just a thought. Thanks!

      Hi Jennifer, welcome to my channel. I am so happy you are enjoying my workouts. I will be doing streaming down the line, but not right now. I still have a lot of people who prefer to actually own the workouts so I have amazing specials on the downloads all the time and once you buy them you can stream them on google drive without having to actually download them.
