    www.buymeacoff... Welcome to the Target 20 series. You will target all your problem areas with 20 rounds of 60 second intervals. You will add extra equipment such as ankle weights, resistance bands and pilates ring to some of the exercises to increase the burn even more. The workouts are easy to follow, but tough to do. They require very little space and guarantee results if you do them on a regular basis.
    In Target 20 Glutes you will perform 10 different exercises on each side. Using ankle weights to increase the challenge, you will see lots of different angle changes to get into every corner of those glutes, outer thighs and hips. There are all 4s glute raises, arcs, side kicks, hydrants, then front lying angled glute raises and extensions, clams, pretzel raises and more. The moves activate the core because of the different body positions so you will definitely feel those abs burn good too. There is a lengthening stretch at the end. Happy Burning!

    So good! And hard! I was gonna be a bad ass and do 5 pound ankle weights but I remembered it was one of Linda’s workouts and I swallowed my pride and put on my 2 pounders and that was PLENTY!! Love glute workouts! I did target 20 in er thighs after this 🤩

    This is great! Can you make a 10 minute mat series for say glutes, inner thighs, outer thighs, legs, arms and abs . That would total a 60 minute workout if we put it all together and we could do it daily ? I like to do the same videos over and over again and I’m obsessive in the fact I like to work all areas everyday instead of twice a week. I find repetition gives me better results 🙂

    Booty burn! 😂 This was killer! It would be hard to pick a favorite exercise but I think the attitude on your belly or pretzel (of course!). I love having these burnout workouts. They really make such a difference in gains! Thank you 💕 This was fun!

    Hi Linda. I just used this as an add-on to a Legs & Core workout. Surprisingly, I was able to get through it without much pausing. I loved the sequencing from all fours to lying on the side. Just when I thought I would give in and collapse, we moved to a lying exercise. This had loads of moves I actually love to do and the time really flew by. Thanks for this!

      yes, if you put it just above your knees you should be able to do pretty much all the exercises that way😁

    Hey Linda, I can’t be on all 4’s due to knees issue , can I try doing those moves using a chair ? Would it be effective or should I just skip those moves. Please suggest
