    www.buymeacoff... Welcome to my BEGINNERS LOOP series. A set of workouts that use the resistance loop to take your mat workout to another level of burn! These workouts will introduce you to using a resistance loop to target all the smaller, supporting muscle fibers, to give you a well balanced physique. Intensify all your favourite mat exercises and feel the burn in all the right places. They are workouts that you can grow with so you can start with a very light loop and work your up to the heavier ones, and if it ever gets too much, drop the loop and do it without!
    Work your glutes and thighs to sculpted perfection using a resistance loop for extra challenge. You will see all your favourite Pilates mat exercises to work your butt and thighs from every angle. These exercises are designed to lengthen and strengthen the muscle all at the same time so you will create a longer, leaner physique. The tougher your loop the tougher the exercises will be so you will never outgrow this workout! If it gets too tough, just drop the loop and continue without. Don't have a loop? You can just tie a resistance band in a knot!
    Fitness level: beginner/Intermediate
    Equipment: resistance loop or band tied in knot

    OUCH! Don't be fooled by the word 'beginner'. I was tired today and felt like a 'lying down workout'. A very deep burn. 👏👏

    Linda is the best but Mini is the real star! This is a wonderful workout and you can make it intense with a heavier loop or weights. I love all of her workouts!!

    Mini is super cute! I love when she is laying there with her eyes closed and then opens them- her eyes are so dramatic with the dark fur. This was awesome! I used my purple loop (so xx-heavy) and paired with a Mat Fusion Glute workout. Even though this was technically a beginners workout, it definitely was still tough and effective. Thanks! Tomorrow is an off day for real : ) My husband and I are celebrating our four year engagement anniversary tomorrow!!

      Yes, she made a few appearances in some of my mat workouts. There is a mix and match abs workout where she is really restless and tries to attack my plant. Congratulations on your anniversary! Hope you have a wonderful day 😊

    Wow thats was a MAJOR burn! Im not a beginner but totally felt this! Thank you linda for this (and minnie is a great distraction to forget all the burn for one second)!!

    Combined this one with your Beginner Intervals Cardio Sculpt. I used my medium tension loop and that wasn’t a joke 😜. Love this sort of static burn in my lower body when you don’t move much but you are feeling your muscles doing a good job 😊😊😊. Seemed like my dog was mirroring Mini throughout this workout 😆😆😆. Thanks a lot to you Linda from me and thanks a lot to Mini from my Kesha 😆😆.

      I know what you mean. I love mat workouts too when I am not feeling very energetic. They don't use a lot of energy but definitely still make your muscles burn. Hi to Kesha from Mini 😀

    I got loop resistance bands for my birthday, so tomorrow I shall do this exercise.. Love Minnie... Absolutely the Star of the show 🌟.. My tortoise Mollie loves to watch me exercising.. 😁

    This was so tough! I used my heaviest xx-heavy band and my thighs were really burning!

    Just finished this one. I used my light loop and light ankle weights for the thighs section and the burn was real! Then for the glutes section I switched to my slightly heavier loop and the feeling in my glutes was awesome! Thank you, Linda for a great workout!

      Yes, it is definitely still a great workout without the band. You can work your way up to using a light band and then eventually increasing the resistance as you get stronger - that's what's so awesome about these workouts, you never have to outgrow them! 😀

    I just started using the bands (because I saw YOU had workouts with them) and I love it!. I think it is much better than using weights, I would love to see more of these:)

      I have heaps of workouts with the resistance loop just trawl through my channel and you will see a load there such as the Loop Extreme Series and the Loop Chisel Series and I also have many non-youtube workouts on my website with the loop. There will be a new series coming soon too 😊

    Wowzers! That beginning part was a serious burn for me! Felt like I had baseballs in my booty!! 😂 Are you going to do a beginner loop chest and back!? 😍

    wow that was tough!!! i wonder what begginers think when they try this workout :D I can squat 100 pounds but your workouts always kill me! ( in a good way ;)

      These are Barlates beginners so not true beginner workouts as such. The loop uses all your smaller supporting muscle groups so you need to increase the strength in those gradually just like you did with the squats! 😊
