    www.buymeacoff... Welcome to the Target 20 series. You will target all your problem areas with 20 rounds of 60 second intervals. You will add extra equipment such as ankle weights, resistance bands and pilates ring to some of the exercises to increase the burn even more. The workouts are easy to follow, but tough to do. They require very little space and guarantee results if you do them on a regular basis.
    In Target 20 Thighs you will work your thighs from all different angles to create a streamlined lower body. You will see lying leg sweeps, extensions and circles, as well as seated bend extend combinations and inner thigh pushes, then move onto a tough outer thigh series with raises, extensions, L-series and a lying angled glute raise.There is a lengthening stretch at the end. If you want to increase the intensity more simply add some ankle weights.

    Anyone who did this with Leg Weights..... you crazzee! Brilliant leg workout... my poor hip flexors were screaming in the first half.... and continued to cry the whole time.... added to my must do constantly playlist... :D I love the short (20min) sessions.. short but intense. If feeling sassy one in the morning one at night ...bosh 40mins.

      haha, yes, these short workouts are definitely tougher cause i don't have to pace myself - I just go all out to get that burn in 😊

    I CANT BELIEVE I JUST FOUND HER! I have done a lot of work outs for thighs , legs but she is REALLY killing every muscle and I love it. Wow 🤩

    I just did this after I walked my dog. Wow what a great workout. Only my 2nd or 3rd time. I really need to do more of these. Perhaps in the evenings when I'm watching TV 📺

    This is the best ever! I love the inner outer thigh mat workouts especially in outs and sitting leg raises really burn! Please do more. Maybe a target 30 for a full 30 min. workout!

    Of this 30 day advanced challenge, I think my mental stamina has been put to the test the most! 😅 Every time I finish the first workout, I think I have nothing left in the tank for the second one, but with your coaching, Linda, I manage push through. I definitely had to modify a few times, but it was worth it when I finished! Another productive and challenging workout session...day 15 of the advanced challenge, complete! 😅💪🏽🧠🔥💖

      up with cardio hiit with weights and strength
      training crossfit
      and always finish off with your awsome thigh exercises workouts which are the best!!🙌😊

    Had the bad idea to do this after one of your endurance workout. Wow, my legs were shaking, my muscles were completely fatigued! Will keep this one for another time, excellent burn otherwise! Thanks again Linda!

    I paired this with Endurance 110 Cardio Sculpt and Metabolic Training Box Sculpt. This was a great burner! Loving this series! I've really been increasing your abs workouts- it's amazing how strong my core is again so thank you. Anyways, my abs are sore and it surprised me how much I felt them. I love how many muscle groups your workouts always incorporate. I don't think I could pick a favorite exercise because I loved all of the twists on the classics. Thank you!!

    Thank you - this was the add-on I needed that arrived at just the right time. I just finished it and now there is a nice burn in my thighs. The greenery is beautiful and I always love it when Mini is in attendance. It was so cute when she stood up and stretched while you were stretching at the end. 🌴🌵😻💕

    How come I've missed this one? Anyway, I'm done with it and proud of myself! 😁 Yesterday was my upper body strength training day and I'm sore in the upper body so I decided to work on my lower body today. I combined this one with you Booty Burn Extra Toasty and Hotel Room Inner Thighs and every part of my lower body is well toasted 😁 and shaking. Thank you, Linda!

    I love this workout and your outer thigh workout... can I use each every other day. Meaning outer thigh workout one day, then this workout next. I've heard one should have a rest day between working one muscle group, what would you suggest? Thanks!

      I suggest listening to your body. If you are super sore then don't work the same muscle group the next day, but if you are not sore then go for it. I often work the same muscle groups every day 😊

      Ohhh they sure do. Anything Linda wooldridge does is always effective. Her routines have help me shape areas I couldn't shape with other instructors. She is awesome.
