I need to know what to charge when asked for certain jobs
I live in NM and I usually drive more than 30 miles for jobs sometimes 100 , what should I charge a loan signing co ? Not a title co
So one says modification signing
Piggy back signing , hybrid signing reverse mortgage , stand alone 2 nd witness signing deed signing post close signing , application for reverse mtg 🙏🙏🙏

So notary loan signing is still a thing after covid? I started the journey, got my stamp that don't expire until 2025. I have never used it. I feel I still need to learn more. There is no standardized teaching or prep for this that I have found. How do I learn from the basics of Texas notary to doing loan packages?
