Good job mate, I’ve had a stoma for about 14 months and I’ve got my routine sorted but for newbies it’s a bit of a learning curve so normalising is a great comfort..👍🏻
Please can i ask did you have a loop stoma or a end stoma.. your stoma looks great.. also please can you tell me the reason you had this stoma.. its nice to find a British person with a stoma on youtube too.. as all the other videos iv found have been from America.. I have a ileostomy & im from Yorkshire x

You should try some barrier wipes or spray to protect the skin. Thank you for sharing 😊

I have had a stoma bag for nearly six months
And I have to change my bag when I have a blow out
I have 2 stomach due to Cancer,it only takes me like less than 5 min to change a bag. I don't use alot of what you do
