I am about to complete 7 years in Dubai, I do agree with all your points 😊
By the way I still remember your conversation with your Jiju comparing both the countries and your presentation skill was so impressive that I expecting you to open this TH-cam channel 😎
I have got inspiration from you and started new Channel, based on different popular and hidden exciting spots in Dubai 🙏🏻

They cannot show negative sides because Dubai government doesn't allow that if you are staying there. It's not a democracy. If a youtuber is caught showing negative sides about Dubai, they will be charged and made to leave UAE. One of the conditions about showing Dubai to the world (while staying there) is that you show only the positive and lucrative side, so that more people are attracted.

Well I will tell you.... not everyone out there is rich in Dubai.... so if you are earning good money like 20k aed like she said then you have a paradise type life in Dubai but most people don't go or get that.... people who go mostly get salaries around 2-7k aed which is very less so and working hours are not good... apart from that mostly only friday is off.... and apart from that, it has prostitution in the name of spa everywhere...!!!

    Hey Shilpa,
    Thanks for the wonderful video.
A quick question if as Canadian PR one moves to Dubai to start work would they have to pay income tax in Canada or as per Tax Treaty of Canada & UAE they don't have to pay tax on world wide income? or you pay and then claim all back via foreign tax credit from CRA?
Not sure how do people after taking Canada PR or Passport can go in UAE and work tax free as CRA taxes you on world wide income in US you can show US tax filing but in UAE you can't even show the tax filing.

your whole video is based on unicorns and rainbows.... please tell the reality to people ..... the amount of racism you have to face in work culture......the way they give benefits to their citizens rather than someone on work visa...their laws that keep changing every morning.......the high expensive life style which only superrich people can afford who are living on shk zayed road.... please don't compare Canada with Dubai . because there simply isn't anything ... Canada is on top of the list among best countries for quality of life where as Dubai is on 24th Place. I wonder why would someone leave heaven on earth like Dubai and move to Canada where they suck the tax out of you ..... oh wait because UAE doesn't give a fish about Indians/Pakistanis etc. and they are ready to throw you out once you loose your job or if you retire and no longer able to work in your old age which is a harsh truth hidden beneath the glamour .

Our whole video is based on "what WE like in dubai" and its solely our persepective...and the topic is what we LIKE...so definitely only the good things will be there in the video...u can choose to make a video on what YOU DISLIKE...YES, we have the habit of looking at only Rainbows and Unicorns...looking at only brighter side..we have made the similar video on CANADA also where we have mentioned what all WE LIKE in Canada...very soon will make a video on WHAT ALL WE LIKE and LOVE IN INDIA..n trust me, only good points will be mentioned and people can choose to watch different videos on both pros or cons or only harsh realities....BTW the video we have on Canada Vs Dubai, all those points are mentioned which u kindly wrote in the comments...coz that was a comparison video, this was not...Thank u for taking out time and writing the elaborative comment...

Because there is no PR in Dubai. You can never be there resident.

why do you guys talk so bad about Canada in some of your past videos ? You still have not gone back to your original , you are both discouraging people to come here , I think everyone knows the pros and cons of North America and they decide . Also one does not get citizenship in Dubai ,Dubai is as big as the smallest province of Canada or rather quarter of PEI . But do u know how expensive it is to live in Dubai too, they make rising monuments out of people's money .even in Dubai both have to work .At least Canada gives you lot of benefits and only qualified candidates can immigrate here .people talk bad about this country but till today I see them in this very country , nobody wants to go back home. All the best to you both .

It doesn't prevent anyone to buy 2 homes either...many of our frnds (Indian and Pakistani) own multiple properties there...
