Fantastic coverage of the SPL continues. Seeing the fan experience in these stadiums, and not just at Celtic or Rangers but in the stands for teams like St. Johnstone. Great to see how much “their” team means to the local supporters.
If all those from Perth in the stands were put in the East Stand it would've been more than full. Same when the currant buns come too. Added to that plenty Saints fans don't go to games against the ugly sisters because we can't be ar*ed with all the BS they bring.
You should be rewarded at every scottish football club Sam. You promote scottish football in a good light. Free hospitality should be given to you at every club
How you doing Sam? Fantastic second half performance. Every goal, especially Callum McGregor’s. I will be there on Wednesday against Hibs. Keep up the videos ✌️💚☘️🇮🇪
Hey mate, I'm doing good, hope you are too. Definitely a tale of two halves today. Brendan must have went mental at half time! Hoping to be at the Hibs game too. Maybe see you there if I'm able to go. Cheers!
Couple of the teams in the Irish Prem such as Linfield and Glentoran would regularly have more away fans at games than home fans. As you say, small league syndrome with a good few small clubs with small fanbases.
Thanks for another Great Video Sam. Can i recommend you look into getting yourself a electric heated gilet/vest. absoluty brilliant when sitting in those cold stands during this time of year.
The home teams increase prices for the away fans and they are obliged to raise the home end to the same prices .The home fans boycott the games in protest
Great content. My own view is that the Premier League has been the killer of small teams. Every season there are two teams safe from relegation, there are only 3 that haven't been relegated and Aberdeen are dicing with death again. Every season in a lower division impacts on support and finances. It's a long drawn out decline into also ran status. In the 1950s & 1960s and even the 70s other teams became champions I can remember Dundee, Hearts, Kilmarnock most recently Aberdeen and Dundee United. Look how long it's taking Rangers to recover from their enforced trip to the lower regions. It's several times harder for teams like Saints who bleed support to Rangers, Celtic and even Man City. In Scotland the days of supporting your local team because they're your local team are gone. I don't know what it's like in countries like Belgium, Holland and Austria but I can guess. Even England there only 6 top teams Arab money and 115 fair play charges the only game changer. You've visited some Junior teams recently, green shoots possibly? But the model of taking school age children to juniors and beyond can only be good for Scottish football both men and women.
The SPFL is the least competitive league in the history of world football. Since it started in 1870 it has been won by either Celtic or Rangers over 89% of the time. It needs serious reform.
@@sandersson2813 85% but point taken. But 57% of Dutch from 3 teams, 60% of Belgian from 4 teams. In the 21st century in Austria Red Bull Salzburg have been champions 14 times, 11 consecutive money involved here. In France PSG have been champions 9 times in the last 11, money here too. In Spain 70% of titles by 3 clubs, you'll be able to guess them. In Portugal 97% from 3 clubs, again we'll known. So it's an issue across Europe, England is unique, but you can tell how old someone is if they don't support their local team by the one the do support, my 6 year old grandson supports Man City, the first not to support a local team Sky Sports to blame.
I think there are a few teams in the Czech Republic that have few fans and are often outnumbered by visiting fans. For example, Mladá Boleslav, Jablonec or Liberec. When Sparta Prague or Baník Ostrava come to play in these cities, they almost always have more fans in the stadium.
Top man. I always buy something for the food bank collection when I shop in Lidl. At the moment they are also doing one for a local dog rescue centre Maxi's Mates so I chuck some dog food in there too. At this time of year especially pay it forward and spread the love - who knows what happens to us but I am sure if there is an afterlife you are better received there if you do lol
Is it tough to get tickets when either OF side are visitors in the SPL ? Trying to tick off a few stadiums up there but its a hike from where I am in England so makes sense to stop over and get a Saturday AND Sunday game whilst up there and it's usually games involving an OF team on the Sunday. I'm guessing there might be restrictions on one off visitors like myself with no particular allegiance ?
At most clubs there's restrictions for buying tickets to try to prevent OF fans from being in the home end. Usually requires a previous membership on the clubs ticket buying website or having been to a game before or something along those lines depending on the home club.
Knew they would win, they had there top team out to ensure a victory - Clancy - Mulvanny - Roberton - Connor, fuck they don’t even hide it now, blws the myth of the Masonic referess with that line up, but the victhims will still roll out the downtrodden bit 😊

Also the away crowd contains an annoying amount of local people supporting the cinderella sisters.
Think that was cold? Should have tried the Aberdeen match in Helsinki last week. They even had snowplough tractors on the pitch three times.
Keep up your fantastic work Sam 👏👏👏
Great commentary Sam ! 🍀⚽️🍀💚
What a great vid mate well done again 👏 👍
Another great footie adventure sam
