    Spiced Black Tea Recipe
    🥣Ingredients: (serve 2-3)
    Ginger: 1-inch piece
    Turmeric root: 1/2-inch piece
    Cinnamon: 1-inch stick
    Cardamom: 3-4 pods
    Cloves: 6-8
    Black peppercorns: 10-12
    Tulasi (Holy Basil) leaves: 10 (fresh or dried)
    Jaggery: 2-3 tbsp (adjust to taste)
    Lemon: 1/2 (for juice)
    Black tea powder/ or 2 black tea bags: 1 tsp
    Water: 3 cups
    🥣Instructions:
    Roughly Crush ginger, turmeric root, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, black peppercorns
    In a saucepan, add 3 cups of water. Add crushed spices. Add tea powder, tulsi leaves and jaggery. Bring to a boil.
    Lower the heat and let it simmer for 6-8 minutes to allow the spices to release their flavors.
    Strain the tea. Add lemon juice for extra flavor
