I liked the fact that John was "The Straight Man" in such a both talented & lively group. Pete was the leader, but without having John, neither Him, nor the other two would have been able to entertain in the style of which they did.

Entwistle is my favorite. I like his calm demeanor while playing some of the best bass lines in music history.
Entwistel - Best Bass Player - Moon - Best Drummer. It saddens Me that they Passed WAY TO EARLY, And to think of what The WHO Could have Become if they were both still with Us. My Fave Band cut in half. R.I.P. Gentlemen- Thank You for What You left us. I Know there MILLIONS UPON MILLIONS of Others who feel they same way!! Much Love!!

This is absolutely wonderful! I’ve seen some real funnies in videos of the real early days, the high numbers n’ that. A great place to look for more laughs would probably be the story of The Who documentary, and when john shows off his collections in his documentary

One- he’s got a guitar strap on it. When you let go with your hands it hangs around your neck like a pouch or purse .
Or an arrow quiver .
Two- Use strap locks.
Three - And possibly the most crucial factor..... it’s a Gibson Les Paul. 11-13 pounds in weight. Gravity holds it down.
Never see a guy with a Stratocaster do that. Or SG for that matter.

1:30 Entwistle isn't even pretending to play. This was a phony scene.
~ It's called a "cheat." This song was filmed twice at the Shepperton concert, as "The Kids Are Alright" director Jeff Stein didn't feel the end of the concert was climactic enough. So the band was talked into playing "Won't Get Fooled Again" a second time, and this was edited in from the other take.

~ The first one is just droning notes, possibly at the end of a concert. The second one, I believe is a weird version of "Drowned." Not sure if it's that one, not 100% but fairly sure. I remember seeing it a long time ago; it is from "Quadrophenia" but a different take on it.
