Hi Manu! I love your somatic workouts, I keep practicing to relieve my anxiety. I would like to ask you, is there any tips or exercise for neck anxiety? It's hard to swallow and it keeps tightening below the jaw area and barely find anything to ease the pressure. Thank you! ❤
go in a relax state and speak out loud something like ( according to your belief system), please universe send some help to clear my neck. Then let your body do its thing, whatever happens, needs to happen ( shake, burp, yawn etc. ).
