    “Trauma is personal.
It does not disappear if it is not validated.
When it is ignored or invalidated
    the silent screams continue internally
heard only by the one held captive.
When someone enters the pain and hears the screams
    healing can begin.”

I've been grieving strongly and violently and I couldn't understand why my heart physically hurts me. It hurts, even as I type this. Now I know it is a physical pain as much as an emotional pain. Thank you Arielle for describing so beautifully what happens in our body during high moments of stress. And how to make some space to allow for healing.

Would you consider doing a 10 minute meditation video for relaxation, with a poem beforehand?
