I love etech weapons Just because is used a golden key on my first playthrough and I got a really good plasma caster SMG which lasted for almost 10 levels on maya
I have a similar experience I picked up a corrosive hyperion plasma caster after beating the bunker it is level 21 I'm now a level 48 maya and am still melting loader with it, it is frickin awesome! I'm Gob smacked at how well it's still going. I love e - tech weapons but plasma casters are my favourite guns in the game. Up to now at leaset.
Nice to see Tediore Plasma Casters on here. Got one from the Golden Chest at level 8 with fire damage. Arguably still my best gun at level 16. Very useful with Krieg's fire damage skills.
I personally like the Florentine. It's both Slag and Shock and doesn't Slag you like another weapon... I use it on Gaige for UVHM because it's actually pretty good. I have a relic that increases max SMG ammo so I'm usually good on ammo.
i love that one, great for gunzerking as it'll slag & de-shield your enemies so your other hand can burn/corrode immediately. definitely would make this list if he remade it to include recent/final dlc
Vladov E-techs are crazy. Every projectile (except launchers) ricochets. Also insane rof, as always. I'd say, get a full set of elements and go all in.

Puma. I had an idea for a vid and thought maybe you would like it: "Why do people Gibbed for perfect parted guns in OP8?" Showcase the most common guns, like Harold, Pimp, Norfleet, Twister and so on with the best parts possible (dmg and DPS i guess) and then with the worst parts possible (slow reload, slow shot speed, low dmg and so on). Do it with Axton maybe, who isn't OP as fudge, with normal mobbing, and then see what the difference in good and bad parts will to DPS, survivability and so on. Just an idea :)
I love how slow hand and Swordsplosion are the only two E-tech rarity unique weapons (that are not rocket launchers) that don't become almost obeselete beyond UVHM.
There a bandit Etech rocket launcher called the Plazma Canon and it shoots three nor fleet like projectiles AND continuously spawns more of those projectiles that do the same damage. If you're doing a circle of slaughter, you can run around and shoot them straight up to create a carpet bombing effect, you should check it out
+Ali The Best i know but you have to farm Hyperius for the Northfleet. You can just farm Gingerton train for 2 random launchers. They're much easier to acquire.
Getting a Swordsplosion that has triple projectiles, yes, shoots THREE swords that explode into more swords that explode, with an Gaige with Max Anarchy Stacks = IAmBecomeDeath. I'm telling you, you definitely have not lived until you got a Swordsplosion that can fire three of those suckers in one shot.
My first (and so far only) swordsplosion was a Casual one. As Axton, that level 38 gun lasted till 45 on true vault hunter mode. Gonna grind a casual again for ultimate.
The Reason why The Longbow is only a Fire Elemental because of the Minecraft Enchantment called "Flame" which turns Arrows into Flaming Arrows and Burns the Enemy... Which is another reason why The Longbow Can't be Corrosive, Shock, and/or Slag.
I know it's not on the list, but Dart guns can be very useful as well. I picked up a Dahl Dart with the double projectile accessory in the Dragon Keep DLC, and it got me through the fist third of that entire story. Not to mention that I used it to kill the Handsome Sorcerer. Also it's Slag element, so it makes a great weapon to switch to and slag enemies. Definitely a worthwhile gun, despite high ammo consumption. I mean, it's not like pistol ammo is rare. Also, I play Gaige. Max Anarchy + Double Homing projectiles = absolute ownage.
Personally a fan of the Dahlminator, although it is crap against most enemies (it's corrosive so forget about killing anything that isn't armored or far lower leveled), it has homing projectiles that go around cover if your aim is "close enough". Used it to kill the Warrior for the first time and it's a permanent member of my loadout for nostalgia.

I know a good place to farm them, as the chest has a percentage of getting e-tech weapons. after you complete the side quest the lost treasure in caustic caverns, you can farm the reward chest for plasma casters, assault rifles, pretty much tons of e-tech guns. and you're (spelled that correctly) welcome.
no Volcano I love that sniper rifle I never knew it was e-tech until that side quest where u kill Doc Mercy after kill him have to kill bandits with e-techs and it worked
The SMG plasma casters were what got me through my first and second playthrough. I didn't play borderlands 2 or TPS until the handsome collection so I used the plethora of keys to load up on those weapons
As usual I watch one of the videos and instantly regret doing so as it has not only made my comprehension of the game better, it's so misleading and useless it might as well be misinformation half the time.
Besides the Deliverance, Tediore shotguns arent that good, and i think sniper rifles would have been a good fit. Maybe a legendary Javelin that is thrown like a longbow grenade when reloaded

It's not one of the weapons you showcased, but i love, love, love my Dahl Plasma Caster in Shock. I found it in the chest underneath BNK3R while playing in TVHM.
0:40 They should have given it a Maliwan SMG sight since it lacks iron sights. 1:20 Ackchyually, those would be classified as "safari rifles." 8:24 You don't need a Sham/Logan combo to regen rockets. You can regen rockets with any Absorb shield (for best results, you want at least 24% absorb chance) and any under-level'd Torgue-barrel rifle. The Rocketeer is the most efficient, fits thematically, and means you can regen rockets on a Vladof allegiance run. Sham/Logan can still be considered the top-tier choice for rocket regen, but it's not obligatory.
Topneaa is actually better than the norfleet I think considering you can shoot the thing a good 7-10 times before having to reload. This not only makes it better and less clunky to use for general mobbing but also especially broken when combined with the grog nozzle’s drunk effect. You can fire 30-40 of the projectiles out in a just couple seconds, something the norfleet can never accomplish.

The topneaa fires a free shot every third rocket, rather than having a chance to not consume ammo. This is unaffected by reloading, and the only time it doesn't fire a free shot on the third rocket is when you first pull it out, where it fires a free rocket on the second shot instead.
They're useless in UVHM, but Vladoff Blaster Rifles seem to have that sweet spot of pew-pew aesthetic guns, and are darn satisfying to use. Sadly, they don't scale well, and somewhere in TVHM they stop being effective against enemies at the gun's level (depending on how much damage boosting you have). Also, in lower-level games when it's harder to farm, special mentions go out to good dart guns, which can be useful against hard-to-hit enemies, and can even track at what are otherwise sniper-only ranges.
i think the norfleet is one of the worst weapons in the game for a different reason: it makes people play stupid, not thinking about tactics, other weapons and missing the precious game mechanics because they can have an easy overkill any time. Anyone can play how he likes, but it is more intense if you realy have to fight for a 2nd wind or simply fire your norfleet somewhere...
slippingsnake If you're not using gibbed, you have to kill a raid boss to simply even access the weapon, and adding onto that, it could take countless kills of Hyperius or Vermivorous to get the version with the right prefix, and element you want. Think about that, having to kill a raid boss numerous times, certain characters almost cannot kill raid bosses because of some of their skills and abilities, or lack thereof. So if you have a norfleet, go fucking crazy if you ask me. Coming from someone who plays on console and has to farm for everything.

Uhh yeah about that drop info, most weapons including the norfleet and omen can drop from any loot source, specific bosses just have a higher drop rate for items associated with that boss

Trick to killing saturn without bee + sandhawk use the house as your shield and magic missile is not good for salvador as your offhanding weapon is a slag weapon
error papyrus basically diablo with fps combat with a cartoon like art style. You have the dungeon crawling, questing, loot dropping general feel of a diablo game, but in the future with guns. So sort of a spectical fighter/fps/dungeon crawler.
Combine fps and rpg games into one. You get this. There are classes you can pick from, skills to learn as you level up, guns, grenades, shields, class modules, shopping, story/questing, bosses and even more raid bosses. Graphics are bit surreal and cartoon-y, and None of it makes any real sense but it's random, and fun. There is a standard loot rarity system like (diablo, torchlight, wow, etc) with common, uncommon, rare, unique, E(ridian)-Tech, Legendary, Seraph, and Pearlescent. You start off in the beginning as 1 of 4(6 with dlc) vault hunters(classes) and your goal is to stop jack from destroying the world via the unleashing of a monster that dwells in a vault(base story). If you don't fancy that, then there are many dlc story-lines that go different directions and take place in different realities? almost from tropical areas to a Dungeon and Dragons zone to another zone full of pirates and even more. This game has many characters with many unique characteristics and personalities as well as vehicles for traveling and a system for fast traveling. There is also gambling if you wanna feel lucky spending tons of either $,or eridium in the game at slot machines, or (my favorite) butt stallion which is a pony made of diamond that defecates or vomits loot depending on rarity. Overall there are many zones to explore, enemies to shoot, and many, many guns to collect (billions to the point that even the developers could not give an exact nor estimated value.)
If I had to pick a favorite E-Tech gun... I'd pick the Prazma Cannon especially on a melee build where you need something to get you out of a tight spot but you're too close for a standard Rocket launcher

I like tediore E-tech launcers on Gaige. You can easily stack your anarchy thanks to the splash damage, high reload speed and low magazine size.

It isn't e tech it just has splash damage that is considered to be an e tech pellet. I have had the same thing happen with the harold.

i remember having my tediore plasma caster. it was a refill and it was fire, level 18 did 128 dmg really good for my old character
had a slag one too, it was a quality and it was level 26, 356 damage. again it was great for my older characters

Another useful thing to note about the SWORDSPLOSION!!! is that the casual prefix makes it shoot three swords without consuming any more ammo.

The easiest place to farm for a topnia is the hero’s pass chest if you don’t have dlc

Uhh yeah about that drop info, most weapons including the norfleet and omen can drop from any loot source, specific bosses just have a higher drop rate for items associated with that boss

the reason the longbow is restricted to incendiary element is because of the enchantment flame for bows in minecraft. the E in E-tech stands for enchanted.

Trick to killing saturn without bee + sandhawk use the house as your shield and magic missile is not good for salvador as your offhanding weapon is a slag weapon
Jonathan Laig just play Salvador or zero even maya they got skills that are op enough to kill Saturn easily without a bee
I fought and killed Saturn on the bridge using one of the supports as cover

error papyrus basically diablo with fps combat with a cartoon like art style. You have the dungeon crawling, questing, loot dropping general feel of a diablo game, but in the future with guns. So sort of a spectical fighter/fps/dungeon crawler.
Combine fps and rpg games into one. You get this. There are classes you can pick from, skills to learn as you level up, guns, grenades, shields, class modules, shopping, story/questing, bosses and even more raid bosses. Graphics are bit surreal and cartoon-y, and None of it makes any real sense but it's random, and fun. There is a standard loot rarity system like (diablo, torchlight, wow, etc) with common, uncommon, rare, unique, E(ridian)-Tech, Legendary, Seraph, and Pearlescent. You start off in the beginning as 1 of 4(6 with dlc) vault hunters(classes) and your goal is to stop jack from destroying the world via the unleashing of a monster that dwells in a vault(base story). If you don't fancy that, then there are many dlc story-lines that go different directions and take place in different realities? almost from tropical areas to a Dungeon and Dragons zone to another zone full of pirates and even more. This game has many characters with many unique characteristics and personalities as well as vehicles for traveling and a system for fast traveling. There is also gambling if you wanna feel lucky spending tons of either $,or eridium in the game at slot machines, or (my favorite) butt stallion which is a pony made of diamond that defecates or vomits loot depending on rarity. Overall there are many zones to explore, enemies to shoot, and many, many guns to collect (billions to the point that even the developers could not give an exact nor estimated value.)

If I had to pick a favorite E-Tech gun... I'd pick the Prazma Cannon especially on a melee build where you need something to get you out of a tight spot but you're too close for a standard Rocket launcher

Had no idea Norfleet was E-Tech. Still a beast though. Use it to powerlevel most of my characters or second winds.

Guys do the Ahab and SWORDSPLOSIN glitch because of the shotgun 1 to 3 bullets and the mini swords that come out of it's considered not a projectial and the ahab damage is going in to the nonprojectials
