I'm pretty sure that Dahl wanted to quickly dispose off the ECHO-2, so they just sold all the remaining copies to Tediore for cheap.
Night Flyer + Binary Operator creates a fun combo that will proc Remnant Orbs that can do healthy damage......don't ask me how I know this *cries in painful challenges*

Not really trolly but feels pretty useless considering the wide variety of enemies in the game but the Nog Potion 9, The mesmer does the same thing for almost all enemies in the game and the Nog potion is stuck to Nog's
Captain Blades Midnight Star, It's text literally says "Curse of the cackling Designer".
The bane- BL2, The wildcat and the cyclops- BL1.
There is a load of options but i would consider the red card legendary shield or his hybrid versión to make the list, sliding onto someone just for a small explosion and losing your shield is not appealing even if its for triggering skills or anointments that require no shield
OH COME ON K6!!!! You know, we know, hell everyone knows the Linoge is the #1 troll weapon of all time. The Linoge curse has gotta be like some kinda troll coding that some dev at Gearbox made exclusively for you. Cuz your world drop chance is like 90% 😂😂
I'm sure the idea for the burger-launcher seemed HILARIOUS at 3 AM. At least it feels like a "Thought of at 'Stupid-O-Clock in the morning'" kind of thing.
Though you could probably say that about almost every item on this list.

I mean with the Burning Summit, it would've alright if a build depended on A "on shield break" or "shield depletion" effect, well in reference to payday 2 the Molitov was used to break armor for speed boosts to run faster maybe a whole speed build might be alright to use to get from A to B if you weren't someone like Zane, and lacked a bit of mobility in a sense, Utility wise Summit sounds okay, combat wise Mmm no, and sounds like the troll weapon to troll peeps or friends with.
Not including Linoge (BL3 gub) and _the GUB_ being troll drops for everyone and decent in niche situations, but overall a grab and toss into *The Grinder.*
The Binary Operator could have been the coolest sniper in the game. If they'd just either made its damage scale properly to the amount of health enemies have on-level, and/or simply dropped the hidden damage stat in favor of a 50/50 chance of just killing any nonboss enemy in the game.

The Gettelburger is possibly a reference to Stick figures on crack 3 back in 2009! When burgers drop and they say Dayum Dayum Dayum!
I'm pretty sure it's a reference to that guy who reviewed a 5 guys burger in his car and said the exact same thing, there was even a song they made about it.

I haven't investigated this, but apparently, not looking at the Echo-2 when it explodes increases the damage.

I haven't noticed Embrace the Pain and Pain is Power assault rifles in the comments.
I think the Gettleburger is a nod to an old ytp using the zelda cdi animations. The King went on a rampage with 'The Dinner Blaster' and it launched cheeseburgers that forced themselves down the throats of whoever they hit
Echo-2's text text seems like a reference to the Happy Fun Ball sketch from SNL back in 91.

in the same pack as the Girth Blaster, there is a grenade that is directly based on Happy Fun Ball
Well, the EMP grenade seems pretty useless, especially when the Storm Front exists. Or you know. A regular shock mirv grenade. Or really any gun with sufficient damage. Most people aren't gonna waste a grenade slot on just stripping enemy shields.
I'm so blessed I started from scratch with Moze and got a butcher and linoge by level 7.
The Lucky 7 (I think that's the name) a revolver from the Handsome Jackpot dlc. It rerolls how the gun works every time you reload, and if you get unlucky it hits like a marshmallow 😭
I remember messing around with it with moze and I immediately blew my self up with it and laughed.
It has the power to be among the weakest guns and most powerful and I love the chaos of it
Vibrapulse was such a disappointment. Used to be among the best lasers in TPS. I remember getting it early on in the game's life cycle, before mayhem levels or anything and it still couldn't do anything.
IMO the Gettleburger was fine as a concept. Borderlands has always been about weird and wacky guns, so a launcher shooting burgers fits right in. Shame that it's an awful gun.

I can't believe Embrace the Pain isn't on this list. I tried using it on mayhem 11 and kept immediately downing myself until I realised it was the gun doing it
The Queens Call is the biggest troll in the game. You beat the game and get that.
To be honest when borderlands 3 was being developed I was hoping the bane would return in all its glorious pain
The summit would be an essential if bl3 had a character like krieg.
Burning Summit is great on a clone build where you need to kill clone to proc his Dopoelbanger Nova. Especially on a terror build. It at least has a build where it works.
What about the Creeping Death?One of the coolest names for a gun and it doesn't even tickle enemies
I've always seen the echo 2 in the legendary wall in the control room
Not sure if it was designed to troll but the snowshoe and red card with moze's bloodletter can affect the slide/slam mechanic in a ridiculous way. Actually really fun when used with the rocket boots or launch pad but wildly absurd with the spark plug

A few I'd put on my list (or honorable mentions):
- the Firewall: nobody ever wants to use projected shields, so let's make one that's not only locked to projected, but which has a gimmick that only works when it's projected.
- the Boring Gun: it doesn't have enough damage to use (even in normal mode or Arms Race) but it excels at ricocheting back and blowing you up.
- the Phoenix Tears: you run all the way up a bunch of switchbacks to farm a boss with three unskippable phases separated by lengthy immune phases (which is immune to incendiary damage) to farm this artifact, and what does it give you? full health and shields on Second Wind, which would be cool except you can get that literally FOR FREE once you unlock the second perk in the Survivor tree in Guardian Rank.
- the Vosk's Deathgrip: this drop exclusive to Wotan the Invincible, the raid boss at the end of the Maliwan Takedown, fires a singularity that almost always fails to trap enemies in its effect, but when it finally DOES you're rewarded with the most underwhelming damage imaginable. at least it's also an ammo hog!
- the Pain is Power/Embrace the Pain: these guns gain extra damage or fire rate at high heat at the cost of setting you on fire. this makes them completely unusable in Mayhem difficulty (the scaling means they instantly down you) and Arms Race (low survivability due to lack of skill trees means self-damage is a no-no), though I guess you CAN make them work in normal mode.
- the AutoAimè: it's a sniper...with tracking bullets...that home in on enemy center-of-mass...so you can't score crits with it. it's a sniper.
- the Mind Sweeper class mod: don't get me wrong, this item is fantastic and provides the damage for some of the strongest Moze builds...but it also means you spend your time dancing around so you're not one-shotted by your own mini-nades. Moze already has to be paranoid about friendly fire, but this cranks it up to 11.
All of these except the last two were on my original 30+ item list, but I had to trim it down.
night flyer is cool if you play with a friend or grilfriend who absolutly want to have the impression of doing the most kills to feels good.
My hate for the NOG potion #9 knows no bounds. It's bound to it's own side mission so you have to go out of your way to get it. Applying its effect lasts a measly 10 seconds not that a normal NOG lasts that long against literally any other Maliwan unit. It makes NOGs fight for you instead of their actual purpose of applying a shield. Its ONE saving grace is since it's always shock it can crack shields.

the night flyer is usable, just use a rubberized grenade or a storm to kill the enemies
also......you missed the pestilence (COV pistol) always exploding if you overheat the weapon

The Echo 2 is actually making fun of an SNL fake commercial from the early 90's for a product called "Happy Fun Ball" Look it up and you will get the joke. It has nothing to do with exploding phones.

You neglected to mention that if you're trying to get Miss Moxxi's Vibra-Pulse, you _absolutely cannot_ slip Moxxi your tip.
There's a joke in there about not needing a Vibra-Pulse if you can find the Crit, but I'm not sure if TH-cam is ready for that one...
So if you tip Moxxi at all you can't get the Vibra-Pulse? What if you complete the challenges after tipping her? Does it just give you a random Unique?
@@cortos_9733 If you tip her even once before completing all of the radio towers, you won't get the Vibra-Pulse.
There is a sequence of rewards that she will send you by mail, a weapon skin and one or two trinkets. The final reward is the Vibra-Pulse, but if you have tipped her she doesn't send it. You get nothing.
Why? Because Gearbox. They _love_ trolling the players. They invented the Bane, for rakk's sake.

YOU MISSED THE BIGGEST TROLL ITEM its the pyroburst, the damage radius is so high it will kill you unless you are playing moze and are in iron bear. because its multielemental you cant even use it on zane without killing yourself.
Lol I had a build years ago using a somewhat low level burning summit nade that you say no1 wants and paired it with an elemental projector something. It like insta procs lmao was great fun. Pretty sure the Night Flyer is meta. Imagine using Ties That Bind to overkill an enemy that has exactly 1 HP: maximum Remnant damage every time.
Also, why would you drive when you can slide much faster than cars...?
The Infinity pistol has always been more of a utility weapon than an actual weapon. In BL3, you can use it with the EMC anoint to detonate enemies you've set on fire. Players that don't have access to the Guardian 4N631 may want a fire elemental Infinity to boost their damage further while they're burning things with the Unleash the Dragon artifact. I'd much rather use an Infinity pistol for that, instead of a weapon that needs to be reloaded.
I tried everything to make Shoddy work. Modded every single part, anything that adds bullet velocity. The thing is just born bad lol

The P2P Networker is the biggest troll weapons hands down, an unfinished gun that you could only obtain through the Diamond Key Vault briefly before that exploit was patched never to be seen again…
I'm sad the Westergun never got a buff. It was the Kyb's Worth for Moze before Kyb's Worth became a thing. At least it isn't hard to farm Takedowns anymore.
I still find the Kybb's Worth to be underpowered with Zane. At least, on Mayhem 10/11(which is just Mayhem 10 sans modifiers). Is it worth it with other characters.

Also, if you follow the instruction on the red text to not look at it, etc. if you turn away from the grenade after you throw it, or otherwise get it out of your line of sight, it does MUCH more damage...
so destiny 2 put in a raid boss rush The Pantheon, imagine if B3 had such a thing, something like a raid boss best hits letting B3 Vault hunters fight B1, B2, BTPS, and B3 bosses in order(dlc raid bosses included.

maliwon guns. I had played the other three games bl1 bl2 and the presequal I bought bl3 close to release and when my first maliwon wepon took a few seconds to fire I was like what is this shit were they smoking crack? I hated it I still do not use maliwon weponds due to the start up time it is not worth it due to me not being able to just auto fire the thing.
