It’s actually it’s original F40 bell when it was made. Amtrak moved and painted it when they did some cosmetic renovations on their Downeaster NPCU’s

That’s not correct, it’s a Pan Am Railways C40-8, Pan Am bought a bunch of C40-8 and B40-8 locomotives from CSX
