I wish this company was protecting my daughter's school instead of the basic, untrained, sloppy "observe and report" guard that is there. We need professional Armed security in all schools. Great work guys!
My high school before I graduated had 2 SROs from PD and before I graduated in 5/20/24 they added Sheriff department SROs since the high school is between the city limits and county limits.
They are really nice people and the school has its own security for small stuff but they do search students if there is a report of smoking and etc but they have an officer with them and the HR+ contact parents unless your the age of 18 and they give you an chance to call your parents or not.
This is the kind of service that should be widespread. If you are charged with protecting people, not just scanning checkpoints inside an access controlled building after hours, this is how it should be. Well trained, properly equipped and professional. They aren't completely reliant on the police, which keeps cops on the street handling calls for service. He's doing the same thing security does on campus around here, except he's actually capable of handling situations. I wish more states took security this seriously.
I would love to see more professional Armed Security Guards in schools, but I feel like its wrong to title them SROs when the entire point of the "Resource" is they have Law Enforcement authority and resources (or so I understand)
@@ArcadiaSecurityPILByou can make a “SRO” patch and slap it on the back of a private security guard but that doesn’t change their job. Private security guards can’t investigate crimes and make probable cause arrest of suspects including juveniles.
Wake up babe, our favourite private security company just posted.
Great Job Babe, keep up the good work, super Proud of you ❤️

I thought you had to be a licensed peace officer to work as a sro, is this possible?
@airfloresjp clearly it is since you've seen the video.
