Use the shell the make a full realistic simulator with working gauges on the cluster and radio in the dash like a full car simulator

Z1 intakes would of been a much better choice since they are true cold air intakes besides that great vid
true cold air intakes have little to no benefit with no turbo/tuning

@@owensotak9498 not very true with vqs. Now if you mean keeping the stock intakes then I can see that but the 3 inch I takes have been proven to make a difference

Just curious. How much would you charge a customer for this service to be done to their 370? excluding the cost of parts of course
Saying that you are underrated doesn't boost numbers, but I hope you guys realize that there is a world of dry boring murky "I paid a shop" type of content that doesn't help me learn a single thing. Even being a decent wrencher, a lot of the times I just decide not to do a project because it looks damn aggravating. So when these videos are clear, easy to understand, and take the intimidation factor out that would otherwise have me saying "nah, I don't think I wanna do that", it rekindles that fire to try that new project. Besides that, you guys are great on camera and were super easy going when I met you up at AMP. Hope you are having as much fun doing this as it is to watch it. Would be fun to win this car and can shake your hands right before smoking the tires off that thing. If not, I will just build my own now. 🙂
I only watched this because I've done all this on a 09 Nismo, good times but I didn't have a lift so dropping the motor wasn't quite as easy 😅

I have a Nissan 350z 2008 with a VQHR engine and was thinking about installing headers from Tomei. First question is would I see some sort of noticeable gains from this or are the original headers on the car good enough and the Tomei headers are just noisier? Second if installed would I have an issue with a check engine and light and if so would I need a tune too get rid of it and still pass NYS Inspection?

Tomei headers would require you use de test pipes or de art pipes unless you modify the flange of tomei headers to hr flange.
Bang for buck would be a set of long tubes, why tomei? You wouldn’t be able to keep your oem hr cats with em anyways

We use their gaskets all the time! Leaks can come from improper installation sometimes 😉
