Unfortunately, nowadays street homeless are drugs addicts, and they are addicted to cocktail of nasty chemicals such as fentanyl, horse tranquilizer, elephant tranquilizer, sedative benzo, rat poison, nitazenes chemicals, P2P based meth, wasp dope, and other nasty stuff. That is in the pills they smoke all day long. They are quickly damaged mentally and physically beyond the point of repair. If they are aggressive, screaming, talking gibberish, talking to imaginary people, they are on meth and wasp dope. One dosage of P2P based meth causes paranoia and schizophrenia after only one dosage. Street addicts gradually destroy everything. Police does not apply any laws on street homeless unless they spill bloods first.

It's a trip how the eastside disappeared and everyone disbursed. West downtown was the hood before the Eastside, They pushed them out after building I-35 which became the biggest segregation and red line. Until they wanted to take it back at will starting with the 11th st "revitalization", I knew then it was the start of something nefarious I was suspicious. And sure enough i watched the whole thing play out, And i especially love how the gentrfiers act like they don't know what they're doing playing dumb. Still so much systemic racism and whatnot a whole lotta wheeling and dealing behind the scenes, Developers plan these things years ahead planting seeds. They eyed rainy street and the residents resisted but i knew big money would win out as usual eventually getting it they almost always do. They tried taking Montopolis but many there own their homes so blocked for now but to be continued.

California has about one third of the US street homeless population with only 12% of the total US population. Hawaii actually has the highest rate per Capita being slightly higher then California and a few other states (Oregon, Washington State and New York) not that far behind.
Mississippi actually has the lowest rate of homelessness partly because it has plenty of government subsidized housing as well as low home and rental prices in general. Mississippi is still otherwise a very messed up state though!

That money belongs to the disabled, the hungry and the lame. Your taking food and life itself from the most needy people in society. Your punishment from god will be severe. The plagues in your life will never end for profiting from the generosity of others meant for those in greater need. You need to understand the severity of your behavior towards society and know that nothing gained thru unrighteousness efforts will result in a blessing. I did many things when i was younger and god destroyed everything i gained thru wrong means.. to remind me that only fruit from a fruit you planted is able to be eaten. You will see than everything you gain illicitly will bring you shame and plagues and none of it will last. When you start working honorably than god will bless everything and it will multiply by itself. Remember that everything you gain dishonestly will bring you plagues. Give it all to the poor, the sick and needy and repent for your great sin. There is no way your talking something that belongs to the poor and profit from it without a curse
