My fingers itch for Mill Hills and Dimensions kits every time I watch your videos! It is always a pleasure seeing your pieces come to life, especially since with the blog style you see them grow bit by bit. Hope you have a Merry Christmas! Looking forward to seeing what you might stitch for the holidays.
Hi Brittany! It's always nice to hear from you. The next best thing to stitching something you love is to watch someone else stitch something you love! Have a very Merry (& stitchy) Christmas!
Thanks for all the tips about 2-handed Mill Hill stitching. I love the leaves pattern 🍁 Blaster is so cute. Happy stitching 🧵 Thanks so much for your great TH-cams! K
Christine your Mill Hill ornaments are beautiful! Congrats on acquiring one of your unicorn charts/kits. It’s a beauty! Looking forward to seeing your progress on the bluejay design. Happy Stitching.
Hello, I hope all is well. I generally don't comment since I am lazy. I just wanted to tell you that you have a very calming voice. I have been stitching since January 2018 and only done cross stitch only projects. I have a few projects that need bead work and I plan to start one in 2022 due to your joy on working on the mill hill kits.
What a nice compliment! I don't like the sound of my own voice when I have to edit my videos, so it's always nice to hear that others find it calming 💕. I wish you luck with your beading and hope you'll let me know how it goes!
I always love your updates. I love everything you stitch. Thank you for recommending ‘cup of stitches’ and ‘Wayward stitcher’s’… I had not heard of either one of them. I love the one you’re stitching for Winter.
i love the 2 gold collections kits that you got i just might have to treat myself to the mare and foal one for christmas too like you its just gorgeous
You Rocked those kits!!! Congratulations on your finishes : ). Also Congratulations on finding one of your unicorns . Merry Christmas to you. Have a great month and Stitch on!
Thank you! I think I might actually be a bit "mill hill'd" out for awhile, lol! Merry Xmas to you, too and I hope to see a video from you soon :) ( Actually, I don't think I watched your most recent one yet, so I will do that tonight!)
Thank you Patty, Merry Christmas! The Morgan stand comes in two sizes I think. I have the 7 inch/ 10 inch combo. I think the make a 5/7 in combo also. I hope your flooding is improving 🙏🙏
Great finishes! I love the fall leaves and it is definitely going on the list. I think I will try the fabric and hoop idea for my next one: thanks for sharing your experience with that.
I love Fall Leaves the colors are so pretty. Where did you find that adorable pointer? Please let me know. Did you finish your Marjolean Bastin piece you were working on in the past?Winter Feast is precious, turkey, oh my, It would be a difficult choice
Hi Linda! Which pointer are you referring to? The giraffe or the yellow finger....they are both adorable 😂😂. I have finished several Marjolein Bastin pieces, but one I haven't finished is Pumpkins. Is that the one you're referring to?
I was really surprized by how real that pine cone mill hill looked, compared to the picture. 😍 Is it just me, or did you get more stitching done since the weather got colder? Happy stitching 🧵💜🎄
I just love the pinecone, too! As for the weather, we've been having an unseasonably warm autumn. Feels more like late summer so not cold at all. I'm ready for snow!!!!
We had a cooler summer than the last few years and when it finally changed to Autumn it was quite late, so most leaves did not have time to really change color. Now we are suddenly in winter temperature wise, but every time I expect snow, the temp goes up a bit and it rains 🤷🏻♀️ Well, I am still hoping for snow soon. ☃️ Happy Stitching 🧵🎄💜
Calcio! The colours on that oak leaf 😍😍😍 and you got it done so fast!!! Gosh you understood the assignment - I only worked on one and there you are with three, one after the other. Amazing!! Those finishes all lined up together is just a fantastic picture! Hi Tom Turkey! I love your humour, those slides with words were having me chuckle around the kitchen . "Houston, we have a problem!" Everything you work on is so cute. Did you knit or crochet that gorgeous brown/orange/beige backdrop when you're showing that the stitching is complete on your bird house? You can't talk about pie this early in the morning, I'm going to be hungry all day 😂 unless you share! I love that gold petite. Look at those cardinals!!!!! That's gonna be so cute. Oh gosh yes, I love Cup of Stitches! She's Fantastic! And her work is just such a high standard 😍😍😍. Actually missteandstitches got me hooked on her! I'm starting to think we need a group chat on Instagram 🤣 Your horses came!!!!! Yaaaaaay. Are you just gonna start it right now? I think I can sense that itch in your heart to start straight away. Think of your eagles! 🦅 Aha perfect, Christmas tree time! 🌲 Perfect!!!!! You're so strong. (Copyright law is much easier in Russia than in the US, I think that's why they reprint. If they don't regularly reprint then someone else can just nick their IP) Awww that freebie dog is cute! Santa glows in the dark! Haha Love, 💓 Kat
You are the queen of comments! I appreciate the effort and thoughtfulness! I can tell you are a writer :) I will be patient and hold off on starting the horses....but come Valentine's Day, if I haven't finished my Blue Jays, well, I might cave and start the horses anyway! I can only be strong for so long! :D
I love all the Mill Hill finishes. That turkey is just too cute! You got me curious, because I also always thought that part of the turkey was called a wattle, so I Googled it & yep, it's a snood. 😂🦃 I've been thinking about getting a lap stand, because the pain I get in my hands & wrists has been making it difficult to hold my hoop. The one you have looks like a good one. Do you happen to remember where you got it? Looks like you had a nice Thanksgiving, & Blaster is adorable, I've always thought that donkeys/burros are so cute. Oh, I had wanted to comment on your last video, but never got around to it, that your maple tree in your front yard was beautiful!! I've always wanted a maple tree, but my husband refused to get one. But, I will have one someday though. 😊🍁🌳
The things you learn on flosstube 😂! I think a stand would help you out a lot! I bought mine at a garage sale and it seems to be very similar to an Edmund's stand. I just love our maple tree!! I hope you get one someday! They grow fast. We planted this in 2011 and it was quite small at the time. Did you ever dig into one of your Mill hills? It time, Michelle 😉 They have so many cute gingerbread ones!
@@calico_whimsy I've looked through my Mill Hills so many times, especially after seeing your posts on IG & your finishes on your videos. You make them look so easy to do, but my hands ain't what they used to be, so I don't know how easy it will be for me to pick up the beads. I'll definitely never give up cross stitching completely, for sure, but I do have some issues with shakiness. Whether it's just stress or something else, I don't know, but I actually have been wanting to put a Mill Hill on my to do list for 2022, so hopefully it'll happen. 😊
@@justchellebee2425 oh, that's a bummer about the shakiness in your hands. Well, I was thinking you could always do the cross stitching first, then when you get to the beading, if it doesn't work out, you can always just fill in those areas with criss stitches and the project will still be beautiful. Plus, the little kits are really easy to hold so they wouldn't bother your wrist. I'm here to offer encouragement when the time comes ( but no pressure, of course!)
Thanks so much for the shout out! 🥰🤩🤩 Your Mill Hill project is so beautiful !
You're welcome!! You are such an inspiration to me, I couldn't help but spread the word :) !

The giraffe finger puppet is my favorite thing you have used as a pointer lol🤣
Ah yes, my little Giraffe friend (June the giraffe) takes her job as a pointer very seriously, lol!
Loved seeing all the Mill Hill finishes. They are all so adorable! Enjoy the holidays!!
Thank you! ❤️❤️
Thanks for all the tips about 2-handed Mill Hill stitching.
I love the leaves pattern 🍁
Blaster is so cute.
Happy stitching 🧵 Thanks so much for your great TH-cams!

Thank you! If you DO get Mare and Foal...we can stitch it together next year, unless you can't wait that long, lol!
I just found your channel and really enjoy watching you. Sewing fabric on the perforated paper is such a good idea!
Thank you and Welcome to my channel! Sewing fabric onto the paper is a game changer!!

How funny that it said sycamore not willow! I wonder if the designer noticed before they used it as the model photo haha
I would love to know the thinking there, lol!
love that morgan frame I might have to get myself one of those. Love your Mill Hills happy stitching and Merry Christmas Patty

That would be so lovely 🎄☃️🎄☃️❄️
Where do you purchase the small needle minders that you use on your Mill Hill Kits?
I make most of them myself using a tutorial by Tricia The Left Handed Stitcher
