Hi Brianna. I enjoyed watching you sort the threads. I hope you film more as you begin this project and progress through it. I have not stitched a Mill Hill kit but Im very tempted. It is so cute!
Stitching Christmas and enjoying this video! 🥰 What a great idea to check on the DMC card thingy. Ordered that Clover needle threader. Yummy 😋..dinner sounds delish! It is fun to get organized for a new stitch! 🩵🩷 Yes, please! Would love to watch you stitch AND bead!!
You got it! I’m looking forward to working on it and sharing 😊 I’d love to know if you like the clover needle threader, I haven’t used it yet but I can’t wait to!
Hope you are going to love your Tacky Bill. They were originally called Sticky Bill. I have used some of mine for years and they are still sticky. So glad I stumbled upon your videos. Now I have to catch up on past videos. Thank you for all of your effort put into the “50” videos. So very helpful and ENABLING ! 😱👍🏼
I totally know what you mean! I e purchased more than I normally do lately 😂 making these videos! I love making them and I am so glad you are enjoying them! I look forward to the Tacky Bill this next week! Now that I’m back home
I have completed a few Mill Hill ornaments. I have several button & bead kits but haven't started one yet. I've seen people tack the perforated paper onto needlepoint stretcher bars. I have some and I've been wanting to try it that way sometime. Also I was going to order a Tacky Bill a few years ago and seen that I couldn't pick the design so I just waited and picked one up at The Silver Needle instead. I figured if I ordered it I would for sure get something I didn't like 🙂 Thanks for taking the time to share all if your tips. Very helpful!
Well you were correct! I never even considered zebra print 😂 at first I was disappointed and now the zebra print is humorous to me every time I look at it. I’m considering doing it on fabric but maybe I should try tacking it and using a hoop I’m not sure. I’m all about making a process easier
I just organized my floss last night using the same organizer as you, what a great tip!! I looked at Hobby lobby for bead organizer where did you find yours? I looked in bead department and plastic organizer department
I've finished a few Buttons & Beads kits and they don't take all that long to stitch, I find that the beading takes longer. I stitch mine in hand and the paper doesn't bend, it's still fine by the time that it's finished.
I am glad to hear you stitch them quickly. I find it takes me longer to stitch these than most of my other projects because my hands tire quickly with the perforated paper

I just bought a couple Debbie mumm mill hill kits and they are on fabric. Will finish watching your video for tips❤
I haven’t started yet maybe I should consider stitching this one on fabric?! What do you 🤔 think
I've never done them on fabric but at least it doesn't tear
We just got back from Colorado. Had a funeral Thursday but went to Pikes peak and royal gorge! Such beautiful mountains
I am sorry for your loss, however the mountains are indeed a beautiful thing to go see ❤️ The Rockies are incredible every time!
@briannalentz I did stop at Ruth's stitchery in Colorado Springs. Small section of cross stitch mainly quilting but I found some mill hill kits
I'm stitching this, too!
I bet you are way farther than I am!
