The boxes use to be better. I've watched lots of videos on on TH-cam and people were complaining that they received boxes that were filled with broken junk jewelry. Many resellers that I watch stopped buying them because you guys raised the prices and the quality went down.
Also; Goodwill online used to be relatively unknown. Now; even my teenager knows about it now. I’m pretty disgusted by resale shops now; particularly Goodwill & SA. They get shit for free, once aimed to help the less fortunate, but now try to charge top dollar for max profit . It’s gross.
I don't buy jewelry lots because I have no interest in the modern junk that comes from Walmart. GW is a for-profit organization where the CEO makes six figures. I prefer to shop at non-profit where I know most of my dollars are going directly to the cause.

Your shipping costs on shopgoodwill are disgusting. Why am I going to pay almost $30 in shipping for a 5lb bag I "won" (against ghost bidders) for $20? Then you have heart to ban people for not paying , when in most cases they simply probably didn't know that you would rape them in shipping costs. Horrible.
And this is why you never get lucky in any of the boxes, they make sure there isn't anything of value in it. Not the pace for resellers, that's for sure. There are better places to get inventory.
This organization is ONLY benefiting the executives making 6-figure salaries....Sell this jewelry at the local stores NOT online ! Better yet. donate to the Salvation army

I have to agree about the shipping cost. I don't under stand why a 5 oz ring cost $15 to ship. Outrageous
