- Turkey Konya City Cuisine, Meat bread is a pita-like dish that is unique to Konya and on which a mixture of main meat is placed. On the dough that is opened in a long and thin way; Beef and lamb mixture made of minced meat, tomato, pepper, onion, parsley and salt is made in the form of long pita bread and cooked for about 4 minutes on oak wood fire. meat bread long pita should be at least 1 meter long

I also like TURKEY AND TURKISH PROUDUCTS, It's like same our traditional punjabi "MISSI ROTI"
(grandpa of pizza) main dough is wheat flour and topping main item is chickpeas and onion, green chili, parsley, podina (mint leaves), anardana(dried pomegranate), some other traditional spices like red chili powder, cumin seeds، celery, black pepper etc. Butter apply after baking.
"MISSI ROTI" is a very famous bread of PAKISTANI PUNJAB it's same famous in Indian punjab.
Every punjabi is known this, "MISSI ROTI " taste is double when eat wifh "LASSI" (milk, Yughurt and water shake) drink.
