It saddens me to think that many who hear Liszt often put more attention to the technical aspects of his works, and don’t often put much attention to the vast range of musicality and emotion his works have to offer. I have heard a lot of different interpretation's of the Petraca sonnet, and this is right up there with Bolet. This is so beautiful. and enchanting.
