草莓冰淇淋食譜-不需機器 Strawberry Ice Cream Recipe-no machine

This recipe is absolutely no fuss to make, but it gives you the quality and pleasure of an expensive store bought ice cream. The combination of fresh ripe strawberries, condensed milk and cream is pure delight! If you don't have fresh strawberries, you can use frozen ones to substitute and the result will still come out great. So have fun and enjoy!
Ingredients材料:
♡Strawberry 320 grams (草莓320克)
♡Condensed milk 1 can (煉乳一罐)
♡Cream 300 ml (鮮奶油300毫升)

想放少一點當然可以，只是煉乳越少它的黏度和Q度就會減少，也越不甜。看個人喜好!

真是可惜。其實冰淇淋會叫做ice cream, 是因為它們都幾乎是cream鮮奶油跟糖(有些還有蛋黃，更油😅)做成的喔～建議不喜歡ice cream可以去做sorbet
