The taste of KYOTO/Matcha Ice Cream

Hey guys this is Allen.

Let's make green tea ice cream together today.
This time is a recipe using an ice cream machine!
You may use any type of Matcha, but this time I used a high quality one with a vibrant green finish.
Indgredients:
400g milk
200g fresh cream
80g sugar
5 Yolks (65g)
13g matcha
Key Points:
1) Mix matcha well and then add egg yolk mixture
2) Do not heat mixture to a boil

May i know what brand of matcha ubare using for this ice cream?

I used a brand called nakamura tokichi which is quite expensive. The color may be different but its probably more affordable to use matcha for baking!
