They still sell the older version of the Magic Keyboard which works with and is now marketed for the air. The new redesigned keyboard is only available for the pro.
Since you have everything, can you test if the Magic Keyboard will accommodate an iPad Pro with one of those very thin cases and a glass screen protector? I’m afraid it will be too snug of a fit when closed. 😅

When I ugraded my old MB Air, I considered going for an iPad setup but it doesn't makes sense. Pick up a Magic Keyboard to replicate a laptop and you're already pricier than the base 14 inch MB Pro M3
I broke my magic keyboard hinge for my iPad Pro. Was the best thing I ever done. Still closed flat but gave it like an extra 10 degrees of motion since the default range was terrible and a pain to use.
I winder if this NEW iPad Air 6 has the exact issue with the Air 5’s build quality. When you’re holding it without a protection and your fingers naturally creating that pressure on the back of the device and creates a black ripple effect on the screen.
My new M4 iPad Pro 13 with 1tb and apple pencil Pro will be here tomorrow. I decided not to get the Nano texture glass because I normally put a glass screen protector on it and I would think that would defeat the whole purpose. I'll be upgrading from my M1 iPad Pro and I'm excited to start continue to edit my photos and Drone footage with the new iPad Pro M4. I could care less if it is any thinner because I put it in a case but if it has better thermals then the M1 I'm all about that. Great video by the way thanks for sharing. I might post a video in the next day or two and compare my new M4 to my M1 iPad Pro and my Samsung S9 Ultra
Honestly depends what ur looking for but seeming that u want something powerful the 2022 iPad Air is a very good budget option it has M1 chip which is very powerful and it usually cost around 400 dollars but if ur gonna do things like watch Netflix and TH-cam or whatever just get 10th gen it’ll work very nicely but for pros the m2 2022 is a good one because u kinda don’t need more than m2 on an ipad so uhhh ya
not for nothing, but Logitech makes arguably better accessories for Apple and is relatively cheaper. and you dont have to wait 5 years for function keys on the keyboard.
Why is everyone so bewildered by iPad getting M4 chip? Apple needed to do something to make it seem like they still cared about the iPad for sales boost. We don’t need Mac OS on the iPad, Apple just needs to refresh iPad OS and make it better.

For the iPad Air, the 11 inch is actually still 10.9 if you read apples fine print, so the display size didn’t change for the smaller one.
