    So, these guys really only care that there are political parallels, and the general outline, the ideas of what Lucas was trying to go for. They don't care about how the story is actually executed in the film, the performances, the dialogue, if the relationships seem real, or for that matter if the plot makes any sense at all in-universe. They don't care that the characters in the prequels are completely incapable of critical thought for even an instant. They also don't care about how static any scene that doesn't involve action is in the prequels, the number of times expository dialogue is delivered so blandly in flat angles (it's often). Okay, good to know.
