@@FinalShieldnobi Yeah, he doesn't have the rights to dethklok, and he's been TRYING to get them to either release the rights or agree to let him make more episodes, but from what he's said they've just flat out refused to speak to him, and he figures he must of pissed some of the higherups off somehow. Not like adult swim isn't known for taking things weirdly personally.

This is by far my favorite episode. whoever wrote it is a genius. totally captures the whole family dynamic with daddy charles, big brother nathan, baby toki and the others. plus the OMFG amazing holographic concert that makes them look like gods in the sky!! daaaaamn!

The fact that Dethklok held that buildup till technical difficulties were fixed proves how awesome they are.
I liked this episode so much. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy the grotesque gore and dark humor of this show too but, this episode was really something. The episode where Dethklok as a whole didn't contribute to some mass killing during their concert and even brought peace between two countries that hate each other to death. Top that all off with this great song and you got yourself an episode that really sticks out among all the episodes of Metalocalypse.

God I fucking love the part where Charles comes and finds them, and just the look of resolution of Nathan's face when Charles tells him that their concert has the potential to save thousands of lives.
lets not forget it was them who actually almost caused the war too, but yea, one of the most epic season finales ever

Quite possibly the most badass and metal intonation of "As-Salam Alaykum" ever said.
Also - Dethklok, unofficial harbingers of mayhem and destruction (just look at Finland), averted all of the carnage and destruction of a war in the Middle East and ended centuries of conflict. And, they did a concert where the target audience DIDN'T get killed by the special effects, which is an achievement for Dethklok in of itself.

This will always be one of my favorite episodes of the series due to the last scene with Charles. It just shows the series was going to have a much deeper plot than what had been shown up to this point.

I don’t care how much time has passed. Great music, epic visuals & it was hilarious & awesome all rolled into one. Even my parents liked this show & they’re Christians! That’s how incredible this show was. My Mimosa (Mother) loved Toki & my Papito (Father) loved Dr. Rockso. He still asks people about that & jokingly says, “You don’t know Dr. Rockso? The Rock’n’Roll Clown? He does cocaine!” & then laughs about it. That’s coming from a guy who’s a teacher & only drinks non-alcoholic beer & is slowly becoming Vegan. Yeah, this show was for EVERYONE!
It’s a downright shame that it’s not on the air. Especially when I try to watch Adult Swim now & see these lousy, lifeless, boring ass shows that aren’t anywhere near as good as this short clip.
Except for “Rick & Morty”. It took me a minute to enjoy it but I love that show. And “Robot Chicken” because Bitches Pudding is my Power Being. Everything else is trash.
